F/N sat down on his bed, controller in hand, snacks and drink ready, scrolling through his playstation, trying to decide on what to play.

F/N: "Assassin's creed! No. Mad Max? No. The Evil Within? Hm, maybe."

He kept scrolling, until he noticed a game he hasn't played in a while.

F/N: "The Callisto Protocol huh?"

F/N cast a side glance to his baton, remembering that strange dream. he had played Callisto a fair few times since then, but he could never get that dream out of his head.

F/N: "Ah, what the hell, why not?"

A Few Hours Later

F/N yawned loudly as he played Callisto, his snacks were eaten, and he was a good bit into chapter 4 of the game, but now he was tired. Plus, he was on holiday, and this was just day 1, he had tomorrow to game as well.

F/N got up and turned his console off, and got ready to head to bed. Suddenly, his TV glitches on. Turning around, F/N saw it again, the Callisto loading symbol.

The lights in the house flickered wildly, and F/N's head began to ring. Clutching his cranium, F/N stumbled around his room, meanwhile, his baton activated by itself. The lights went out, and F/N fell onto his bed, unconscious.

The alarms were sounding through out the entire building, as Black Iron began to crumble.

Lieutenant F/N awoke with a gasp, and dust and debris fell around him, as he practically jumped to his feet.

F/N: "What the fuck!? Where the hell am I!? Jacob!? Dani!?"

All He received in response was the spuds of alarms and destruction. F/N reached to the back on his neck, and felt his blood run cold. His CORE was broken.

He had no way of knowing when he was about to die, and he had no way of communicating with anyone. He was at a major disadvantage.

A series of wailing and howling sounded from the right end of the corridor. Turning around, F/N paled. A small horde of Biophage Grunts was running towards him.

F/N bolted down the other end of the corridor like he was the Roadrunner, slipping past and bits of lose rubble along the way.

Up ahead, a huge hole in the floor. Taking a gamble, F/N sped up and leaped over it, the Biophage following. Lucky for F/N, a huge chunk of rubble and debris fell on top of them as they leapt after him, crushing them.

F/Nbtook a moment to catch his breath, panting and heaving. After a few moments, he stood up and carried on, eventually coming across the doorway to Mahler's wrecked lab, Subject: Zero still hung up and torn open.

Their was movement at the other end of the lab. F/N snuck through the wreckage, trying to not alert whoever was in the lab.

To F/N's surprise and relief, it was a familiar face.

F/N: "Jacob!"

Jacob whirled around, and when he saw F/Nbhis face broke out into a relieved smile. The two approached eachother and bro-hugged, glad to see each other safe. They separated after a few seconds, and Jacob had questions.

Jacob: "How in the fuck are you still alive? Where have you been? Why didn't you contact me!?"

F/N: "Easy there mate. I just woke up about 5-10 minutes ago. Also,[turns around and points to his CORE] My CORE's busted, so I couldn't reach you. Sorry Mate."

Jacob Sighed and F/N turned to face him, though Jacob wasn't made at him, only their circumstances.

Jacob: "It's ok. Just means you've gotta watch your ass twice as much. Let's go, Mahler's waiting for us."
