"Some people fear demons; others tremble in the presence of fellow human beings, and there are even those who harbor trepidation towards God Himself. Yet, regardless of the object of their fears, one question persists, unyielding and universal: which entity possesses the greatest power? Interestingly, the answer to this age-old question remains remarkably consistent, unchanged through the ages. Power, it is believed, is granted according to one's actions. However, there are moments when unfortunate souls face the direst of consequences, even if their intentions were noble."

The enigmatic nature of time defies categorization as inherently good or bad, for its essence is inherently subjective, dependent on the individual traversing its winding path. Time has the capacity to bestow joy upon one moment and swiftly unleash torrents of destruction in the next, leaving in its wake a desolate landscape of shattered dreams and battered hopes.

As humanity ebbs and flows, individuals come and go like ripples in the vast river of existence, but time remains a constant, a steadfast observer of the human drama. Amidst the ebb and flow, there exists a place of unparalleled beauty known as Devkund, its fame spreading far and wide throughout the realm. Whispers of caution circulate among the people, warning any who dare to conquer this mythical land. It is said that those who attempt to subdue it will be swallowed whole by the very forest that guards it.

Two thousand years later, nine kings ruled the land surrounding the mystical forest Devkund. On one fateful day, they all gathered in their strategy hall to discuss how to expand their kingdoms further. One king suggested uniting the land of Devkund with nine smaller kingdoms to create one large kingdom. However, another king objected and confronted them, saying, "Haven't we all heard the legend of Devkund?" He continued, "Legends recount an incident when a lone soldier miraculously escaped the clutches of the forest. He was the sole survivor from a doomed expedition that saw his comrades devoured alive. This soldier, emerging as the only witness to the forest's malevolence, bore the weight of his traumatic ordeal, his mental stability hanging by a tenuous thread."

Another king of the nine rulers scoffed, "Do you believe in that myth? It's nothing but a story told by grandparents to their grandchildren so they can sleep." However, one of them acknowledged the soldier who had emerged from Devkund, undergoing treatment in his part of the land. He declared, "Wait for tomorrow; I will call him here, and he will tell us the truth." He added, "I've received news from the doctors that the soldier is in better condition now; he can talk." The skeptical king asked, "Do you think he remembers the incident? It took place 40 years ago."

The other king responded, "Let's see tomorrow."

The very next morning, the soldier ventured into the great hall where the nine kings had assembled. His purpose was to unravel the events of 40 years ago - to share the tale of what happened to him and his comrades in Devkund.

One of the kings urged him to recount the events of that fateful day. The soldier, his mind haunted by memories that played like a short horror film on an endless loop, struggled to gather his scattered thoughts. The weight of his recollections descended upon him, rendering his hands trembling and his body drenched in a cold sweat. A momentary faintness gripped him, threatening to consume his consciousness. It took years for his condition to stabilize, for his frayed nerves to find respite.
