This girl was the bright daughter of prideful parents that took honour, their names were Queen Cassiopeia and King Cepheus. But of course, not every fairy tale is gorgeous, all stories have tragedy in it.
Princess Andromeda was beautiful, she even boasted the gods that she was more beautiful than the best among them, Nereids, the sea nymphs under Poseidon's protection, they were furious, angry and livid.
As a punishment the gods discussed that she should be perished, but soon an idea laid in their hands to use her as a sacrifice to a giant sea monster. The poor princess cried out as she was chained up to a rock near the sea, a sacrifice to the sea serpent.
But her cries were heard as a Greek hero saved the girl, he fell deeply in love even though she had done many wrongs such as question the gods and Nereids. Perseus was so in love that he married the girl, Andromeda.
"I'm afraid I have fallen for you," Perseus would whisper to his lover, the princess smiled, pleased with herself.
"Then kiss me." She said so bluntly, falling in love with him every second of the day, her heart beats for him. "I can't," Perseus shook his head in guilt, looking at the girl.
"Why can't you?" Andromeda felt self conscious all of sudden which was a new feeling for the princess. "Cause I'm afraid I'll fall deeper for you," the hero said in shame, but Andromeda smiled and shook her head. "Then let it happen, cause I love you." The words that left her mouth made Perseus cup her face.
They kissed that day and they both fell in love, and when they kissed, they tasted the stars.
