Just to be clear, the only reason I'm writing this book is because I ship them but not in the way you think in the AOT anime. I don't ship them as you know they have an age gap, but in fanfics, I ship them hard, so please don't make me feel weird about it more than I am lol
I will say it is also because I will randomly have story ideas out of nowhere, so that's why, instead of making my own characters, I decided to make a fanfic about it with my own storyline.
