"Lazarus! Lazarus!"

the younger brother shouted, almost tripping in the process of getting to the ginger. He still had the flower in his hand unharmed.

"Huh-? Oh my, are you okay Jacob?? You almost tripped—"

"I'm a-oooookay! OH! Also— I found this and was reminded of you."

jacob handed him a myosotis, it was pretty. just like lazarus.. he thought.

"For.. me? Really? Are you sure?"

lazarus' cheeks flared up, blushing intensely from the little gift.. he was happy.

"Mhm! Just for you."

the ginger took the flower and smelled it, holding it close to himself and smiling, before glancing back at the other boy.

"I like this..these are my favorite, you know?"

"I know! That's why I gave it to you silly."

lazarus shuffled closer to jacob, giving him a quick peck and looking away awkwardly afterwards.

"..I love you."

Jacobs face flushed from the sudden kiss and immediately replied—

"Eh- I- I love you!"
