Yo, they call me Dookie and I'm Emily's personal driver and gym teacher.
"Almost there Emily, five more squats to go." I said, arms folded as he watched Emily destroy her quads.
"Dude, the weights are heavy bro." Emily complained, struggling to do 40kgs as we both trained at Universal in Sunshine.
"C'mon, push." I said, assisting her with her weights from behind.
"Alittle close don't you think?" She groaned.
"Three; almost there, two- one... alright that's it put the bar down." I ordered, Emily tirelessly doing what I demanded.
"I hear Jaden likes his girls fit. You better step up to the plate before a curvy ass girl steals his attention." I giggled, but Emily was having none of it as she turned to face me, wiping the sweat from her forehead.
"I have you know, Jaden loves me regardless if I got a booty or not." She teased, to which I replied by rolling my eyes.
"It's not whether or not he'll appreciate it it's part of your training program. You want to achieve all your fitness goals if you want to enroll in Shaolin Academy."
"Yeah I know, I have to meet the minimum requirements." She sighed.
"Didn't think training could be so tough." She sat down, leading against the squat rack.
"Alright, let's hit the treadmill. One hour." I said, offering a hand to let her up.
-
"Are you still upset with me?" She asked me as I walked her to my maroon coloured Nissan Skyline R33.
"With what?" I said, opening the door for her as I removed her gym back from her shoulders.
"You know, with how Jaden made a move on me knowing he was talking to you." I closed the door on her, jumping in the driver seat, inserting the keys into the ignition.
"For a better lack of words, he didn't know we were talking before he swept you off your feet." The car started, placing the gear stick into reverse as I veered behind my shoulder for any cars going by.
"Did you ever wonder what life would've been like if we did get together?" Emily asked, to which I began reversing the car out of the car park and shoved the car into first, balancing accelerating and clutching as we exited the vicinity.
"Of course." I began, my car coming to a stop at the lights.
"You were there for me when I was having a tough time and I got attached; simple and easy. I pictured a future with you despite Namco telling all of us that kicking it with girls were forbidden."
"But now it's not, and that means we can spend more time with each other." I could tell from the corner of my eye that she was smiling, and I couldn't help but chuckle as I accelerated the moment the lights turned green.
"True, but with our new alliance with L2K it wouldn't be wise to be playing around with their lieutenant commander's girlfriend." I said simply, to which Emily peered over to her passenger side window.
"Yeah... it's all about the fight to get the God cards." Emily murmured, to which she turned to face me.
"What's your card, if you don't mind me asking." I turned to look at her, shaking my head in dismay.
"Well I don't believe cards should value one's street credit, but I got the Celtic Gaurdian." I pulled the sleeved card from my centre console to allow her to hold.
"Wow, so shiny." She said in awe.
"You see, unlike Thaibo who worries about who has the biggest ATK power, the card that majority of us in 4AE have are based on our personality, or character perse." I began.
