Hi guys! First off, I want to make it clear: THIS IS JUST A HIATUS!! THIS FIC IS NOT GETTING GHOSTED!!! I am, however, taking a break from writing—and therefore, from this fic.
My mental health hasn't been in the best of places—I went through a breakup recently, and I feel like I've been trying to replace my real relationship with one from a book. My anxiety has been made worse with pressure to update and lack of feedback (not that any of that is on you guys—I always appreciate my readers, and my issues are my responsibility) on top of the start of school and stress that comes along with it. Right now, writing is just not the healthiest, and I think it's best to take a break.
As I mentioned, school started again recently, and my workload and academic pressure has been crazy and very stressful. Unfortunately school comes before Javery😭😭.
So, I'm pressing pause. It's not forever, but this fic will likely not be updated for a few months. (Or...more. I probably won't publish another chapter until I have everything done, and that will mean I need a lot of my schedule to free up.)
I hope I see you on the other side of this. You guys are amazing and I want to give my sincere thanks for reading this far. I'll be back eventually, but until then—stay awesome, possums🫡.
