Brooke is broken.

It's not her fault.

Bullies. Vicious, cunning and ruthless bullies.

They broke Brooke.

Picture this.

Two years ago, Brooke Fielder was found to have a loss of appetite. No Sunday dinners. No packed school lunches. No sweets or chocolate. No sugary drinks. Everything that Brooke rather liked.

Far too fattening. Screamed the voice in Brooke's head.

So she stopped. She dived into salads, went for runs, joined the gym, drank water only, did one hundred sit ups before allowing herself to go to the toilet.

It got out of control.

Six months passed before it took for Marie Fielder, Brooke's worried mother, to make a doctors appointment.

Eating disorder. Check.
Loss of hair due to malnutrition. Check.
Dehydration. Check.

The list went on.

And on.

And

On.

A referral to Kingswood Hospital became a stepping stone for Brooke, and a dire step backwards for her eating disorder.

But Brooke Fielder was still broken.
