^There was rain all around me, the constant sound of the rain hitting the lake down below felt soothing to my aching soul^
A man could be seen standing underneath a tree during this rainstorm, he was wearing an all black outfit, he wore a black compression shirt which showed off his muscular frame in great detail, he also wore matching sweatpants and martial arts shoes, and to finish his outfit off he had a black scarf which partially covered his mouth, he had a small scar over his right top and bottom lip.
^I didn't feel like living at that moment, all I wanted was to die^.
The man stared out at the lake down below with sorrow, regret and guilt in his eyes.
^I knew that what I was about to do was both selfish and inconsiderate towards my family, but who was going to blame me anyways. The dead tell no tales^
The rain started picking up and slowly but surely the trees started thrashing around and about.
Sfwhhoossh-!
^I remember staring into the sky, I didn't believe in anything back then, and yet I stared into the stormy clouds hoping for something or someone beyond those clouds to come and save me^
^I remember the feeling quite well, I was nervous, afraid and yet I felt a bit of peace knowing that it was all about to end^
The man grabbed the rope that was tied to one of the trees branches, the rope was swinging wildly and it took the man a few tries before he finally caught it, he grabbed the rope firmly and slowly hung it around his neck.
He stared out into the lake that now more looked like a small typhoon of sorts with clouded eyes, his eyes barely stayed open due to the rampaging storm that was happening.
He started to reminisce about his life, his thoughts becoming darker and darker, although there were a few memories that made him softly smile.
"Maybe in another life I can meet him" the man said as he took a step off the cliff.
Without even having the time to reach in one fell swoop.
Cruunch-!
His neck snapped.
^I woke up in an all black and white checkered room, I was sitting on a wooden chair^
The man looked around in confusion wondering about his whereabouts.
'Is this the afterlife? ' as he stared infront of him now finally noticing the presence of the other person sitting infront of him.
"Hello there Ren-kun" The woman said, she had beautifull white hair and purple eyes which gave her a feeling of divinity, no, he knew it wasn't just a feeling, he knew that what he was looking at was a divine being.
she wore a purple coif on her head and a matching purple and white one-piece dress with yellow trimmings around the edges. She had purple shoes with white stockings and a pink diamond jewel necklace.
"I am saddened to say that you have died in a most depressing way" she said as she cupped her hands together into a prayer motion.
The boy was looking at her in confusion for a few short seconds before understanding dawned on him "Oh..I see, well I was never religious so I guess this means I'm going to hell right?" he said with a weak smile on his face.
