Y/N shuts her eyes as the gap between them almost closes. His breath lingering on her lips for a while. His eyes staring at her closed ones. His grip tightening on her waist. He is lost in the moment and is leaving Y/N feeling breathless and overwhelmed. Jungkook leans in more, their lips about to touch, until Y/N's eyes open into the real world and the memories of her marriage recap in her mind...
From Day One.
*recap of her past few months. Day One.*
The entrance was packed with students running, walking, yelling and pushing around to get through the doors of the vast college. Y/N managed to walk through and get inside stepping into a large hallway full of students looking in their lockers and talking to their friends. Y/N takes the view in and holds her books tightly to her chest. She takes a few steps until she is suddenly stopped in the middle of the hallway.
Y/N looks down and sees a pair of white shoes, with a strap and a small heel, just like her own. Her eyes wander up to see a girl's school uniform and finally she sees the face of an insanely pretty girl looking down at her.
"Hey there!" says the anonymous girl. Y/N stumbles over her words but manages to squeak out a hi and a little wave.
"uh..h-hi.." Y/N replies shyly, with a little wave.
"Are you new here?" asks the pretty girl.
"uhm yes I am," Y/N nods, "today is my first day."
"That's amazing," the girl smiles at Y/N and Y/N smiles back widely, "My name is Yeon Jin Ah" the girl puts a hand out. Y/N looks down at Jin Ah's hand and takes it, shaking it.
"Nice to meet you Yeon Jin Ah. My name is Y/N." she says with a grin. Jin Ah beams and pats Y/N's shoulder.
"Your name is beautiful Y/N." Jin Ah grins and Y/N becomes flustered by the compliment.
"Thank you..." Y/N looks down in a sort of embarrassment from Jin Ah's lovely comment. Yeon Jin Ah takes one last look at Y/N until a couple voices in the distance call out for Jin Ah. She looks over Y/N's shoulder and nods.
"Y/N...we will talk later. My friends are calling for me. If you need help, don't hesitate to come to me. Okay?" Jin Ah looks at Y/N with a friendly smile and Y/N nods and watches as Jin Ah walks away like a model over to her friends. Y/N sighs when she finds herself alone again. She walks on and looks down at her feet, counting every step she takes.
"....five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, elev-" Y/N trips over her feet after bumping into something making her books fly in the air and to the floor. Her loss of focus led her to almost fall to the rock hard ground. She gasps as she loses step, but before she falls a set of strong arms grab her and hold her tightly for a few moments. Her eyes land on the most hottest face she has ever seen. Eyes wide and lips parted she continues to stare into his brown orbs. It feels as if time has stopped and everything is moving in slow motion. He stares right back with a look of something she couldn't describe. He gulps letting his adams apple bob up and down and the veins in his neck pulse. She can't help but stare and stare until finally he slowly lifts her up and stands her straight on her feet again.
Y/N looks at him, speechless and unable to speak, she bows her head down in a way of saying thank you. The boy clears his throat and looks at Y/N's innocent face. He slightly chuckles and takes a closer look, inheriting her features. Y/N watches his eyes roam her face and she stands there frozen, not able to move a limb. She invests in his features and takes in a bad boy vibe from him. She may or may not have a liking for him.
His voice gets her attention and she focuses on him as he speaks to her.
"Who are you?" he says with an eyebrow raised in curiosity. Y/N stammers and forgets how to speak for a moment.
"Uh..Uhm..I'm..Uh..eerrr..." Y/N curses under her breath and looks down embarrassed by her stupidity. The boy snickers and tries to hold his laughter in.
"Can you even speak? Did you forget the language already? You're an idiot aren't you?" he rolls his eyes and thinks for a moment, "Ya know? The name idiot really suits you doesn't it? Should I call you that if you don't have a name?" he laughs after his comment and Y/N sighs and looks at the boy with an expression of annoyance and speaks up.
"I actually have a name you know."
The boy raises his brows and smirks, "oh really? What is it then?" he crosses his arms waiting for an answer.
Y/N lets out a breath and replies, "my name is Y/N."
The pretty boy nods his head and says, "hmm...nice name..." Y/N smiles, "...for an idiot." he laughs and Y/N's smile falters.
"You're such a jerk..." Y/N shakes her head and rolls her eyes, "what about you? Don't you have a name jerk? Or should I just call you a jerk if you don't have a name?" Y/N smirks. The boy scoffs and looks at her with an annoyed expression. Y/N speaks up again before he can say another word, "or I should call you donkey!! wahhh...that name really suits you doesn't it? "
He looks at Y/N completely offended, "W-what?" he questions.
Y/N shrugs, "you heard me...or are you just deaf? Did you not clean your ears recently?"
He stares at her completely baffled and aggrieved. His mouth is slightly opened in annoyance and his expression makes Y/N giggle.
"Are you that offended? Come on, you started it!!" Y/N says with a hint of hate in her voice.
"Okay okay...I started it whatever. But your name is still idiot," Y/N rolls her eyes, "and I do have a name idiot."
Y/N raises a brow and looks at him waiting for an answer.
"My name is Jungkook. Jeon Jung-kook..." he says sincerely.
Y/N nods and sighs a happy sigh, "nice name donkey.." she chuckles and grins, bends down and picks her books up off the floor then walks away, clutching her possessions close to her body, to avoid talking to him more.
"w...what?" Jungkook frowns as he watches her walk away and he mutters under his breath, "ugh she is so annoying," he looks down and back up to see her looking back at him with her tongue stuck out then her body turns the corner, "I hate her so much. Ugh...that dumb rat..." he curses under his breath and groans then walks away down the hallway. He grabs the attentions of all the girls with his handsome demeanour. He looks up and around with a little smirk at the girls gazing at him in awe. He digs his hands in his pant pockets and strolls through the college casting a spell of love on each girl he walks past.
His steps lead him to the college basketball court where he meets his friend group.
"Ayy!! You're finally here Jungkookie!!" Jungkook rolls his eyes and fake threatens to slap his friend.
"Ugh, J-hope...I told you don't call me that you horse!" Jungkook sighs and the rest of them laugh.
"Jungkook, how are you?" asks V.
Jungkook shrugs, "good like usual." Jin looks at Jungkook knowing something is on his mind.
"Are you sure Jungkook? It seems like something happened?" questions RM, also sensing something is wrong. Jungkook nods eagerly.
"Yes I'm fine," he looks at his friends who are looking at him with curiosity. Jungkook sighs, "I'm fine seriously." The rest are still not buying it so Jungkook sighs and spills the tea, "fine...I met this weird girl today..."

Okayy...I'm ending it here because it seems like the right time, but read part 2 to find out what Kookie says. (I'm writing pt. 2 today, but may post it tomorrow as it will be long lol).
