Florence Gray Bernardi is a 17 year old girl whose mother died when she was 15, after an embarrassing freshman year trying to cope with her loss, and her depressed father, drug addicted brother.

She moved to a new school , Beaumont High. A year and a half later, she gets betrayed by her closest friend, and the rumors start to spread.
Dealing with everything at school and her home colliding together comes a breathe of fresh air. She finds out about her biological brothers. A perfect family she never had. A family that takes her away from a mess just to put her into another one.

How will she deal with her past and future colliding all into one?

"I NEVER ASKED FOR YOU ALL TO CARE FOR ME, ALL I EVER WANT IS MY OLD FAMILY BACK!" I said seething at their insults.

"What old family, that constantly drunk one, or the one who is constantly high or the one that's dead?"
