Backstory: Not much backstory to be said, her parents died not long after she was born so she was raised in an orphanage, but due to her quirk which looks a bit villainous she's an outcast, she starts to think she'll never be a hero until a certain hero pays a visit to the orphanage
Quirk: Weapon creation
Any weapon she can think of she can create and it comes with special abilities
But obviously it comes with drawbacks
The first drawback depends on the weapon but she's not immune to the special abilities only resistant
The second drawback is she can only use one weapon at once for now at least
And the third is kind of a drawback but not really she needs to know how to actually use the weapon to make it work
