LMK x Heartstopper

Chapter 1 part 1

I finally stopped procrastinating and revised the LMK x Heartstopper Fanfic. The main changes I made were having the characters act more like themselves other than having them act like the characters they are in the book/show. Also I changed MK's younger siblings from one of Swk's monkeys to Macqueer's monkeys Rumble and Savage. If you want to read the old version of the Fic check out my old acc SpookyScaryCatGhost. And honestly tell me if the old one is cringe because I think it is. I'm gonna stop rambling so you guys can start reading this now ok byeeee~!

Ch 1 pt1: Meet

The sound of the first bell is heard bringing Mk's attention away from his (fucking dumbass) partner.

"That was the first bell, MK." His partner said sounding annoyed.

"Yeah, I have to go now."

"Why? Stay longer it's ok if you're a little late."

"Sorry..." he repeated again.

He walked out of the library looking at the paper in his hand reading as he roamed the halls. He told himself to cheer up a bit. Sure he was coming back from winter break but that means he gets to see friends more often and catch up with them. With that thought in his head he was able to muster a smile and kept it up. When he came across his room he took a deep breath and walked in.

"Good morning!"

"Ah, good morning MK did you have a good break?" His teacher said in a usual happy tone.

"Yeah." MK sounded genuinely happy.

"Let's see, where did I seat you. Oh, right next to Red Son. He's a year older than you but I think you should get along well!"

MK looked around a bit, taking in the other faces in the room when he saw the table Red Son was at. He was wearing the uniform like everyone else but his sleeves were pulled up but below his elbows. He was staring down at his notebook and tapping his pencil on the paper. MK noticed his hair, it was a vibrant red, he thought it was dyed but then he saw his eyebrows. He took a deep breath and walked over to the table with a smile. Red Son looked over and with a neutral expression said,

"Hi."

"Hey!"

|~Later~|

MK saw Red Son talking to his friends Yin, Jin and Mayor at the school gate as he left. There was something about him he couldn't let go of that drew him closer, he couldn't explain it yet but he knew it would lead to something.

|~The next day~|(Lots of time skips coming up)

MK walked into school a little sluggish that day, he had stayed up late bingeing a show he likes. Red Son took notice and asked,

"You ok?"

MK smiled and replied.

"Yeah! Just kinda tired."

|~Day 3~|

MK was able to get to school early today, Red Son came in and sat down next to him

"Morning."

"M-Morning!" He said nervously.

|~Day 4~|

MK was walking into the classroom and he and Red Son bumped into eachother in the doorway.

"Hey."

MK responded happily.

"Hey!"

|~The next day~|(sorry abt all the time skips)

MK was sitting at his table even though he has a grin on his face, a combination of anxiety and confusion filling his brain.

'Why does he always say good morning to me. Is it a joke, is he making fun of me? Why in the world would he talk to me? That makes no sense, is he befriending me just to rip out my heart and shatter it-' he was cut off by a familiar voice greeting him. It was Red Son, again.
