Apologies for the delay in the chapter, I promise I haven't forgotten about the story and I will see it through, the further I am getting into the pregnancy the more tired I am feeling exhausted, I'm still working and the new house is still in progress, so a lot is going on and my mind and body is drained afterwards, but these two lovebirds have just not been leaving my head and I had finally sat down and just wrote whatever came into my mind and heart.
I hope you enjoy the chapter, please do vote and leave lots of comments because they are such motivating factor for any writer to continue writing and I love hearing your thoughts around the story, are you enjoying it? How did you feel about Sairat relationship, what do you think of Sam, and our dearest Pakhi?
In their various conversations about his family, Virat had mentioned Samrat quite often and Sai had built a picture in her head of how he would look through those descriptions and it was safe to say he is pretty much exactly like how she imagined him to be. Although look wise, Virat was definitely the better looking of the brothers, in Sai humblest opinions. Samrat was not far behind, if he wasn't in the army he could have easily passed as a South Asian actor, with his distinctive features, his athletic stature and a kind smile, he could have followers from all around the world.
"Nice to meet you" She eventually said, with a gentle smile on her face. Truly happy to see someone from Virat's family that she knew meant a whole lot to him.
Samrat smiled back at her, whilst observing her himself. Whilst Sam might have been what Sai imagined, Sai was not at all like how Samrat expected Virat's girlfriend to look like. Standing before them with her tank top and pajama shorts and fluffy slippers on her feet, she looked every bit the college girl she is, but having known Virat his whole life, he had always thought his choice in girls would be as subdued as he is. Sai from what very little he knows of her does not look 'subdued'. She however is a very beautiful girl and he could understand the appeal, and with the way she kept glancing at Virat with puppy dog eyes he could tell that the love was very much mutual aag dono taraf barabar lagi hain he thought in amusement.
"Nice to meet you, Sai, and you too Maushi" Sam greeted, looking beside Sai to Usha Maushi who was beaming at him.
"Mujhe nahin patha tha ki aap bhi ayenge, warna main kuch aur bhi tayaar karti nashte mein' Maushi said in mild panic.
Samrat laughed and eased her concerns, "Don't worry Maushi, I am just about to leave. I just wanted to meet the family who has captured our Viru's heart"
Sai blushed as she noticed that Sam's eyes were on her with a mischievous glint when he said that. Clearly he knew about their relationship, she concluded.
"Absolutely not," Kamaal Joshi said sternly, "You will be eating breakfast with us, and I am not going to listen to any arguments. Usha go set up the plates and breakfast, and Sai aapni zidd choro, get ready and help your Maushi with the breakfast"
