Chapter 9 Epilogue

After twelve years of preparations Rimuru and his allies were ready for the battle with the forces of hell. It had been twelve years captain Ukitake's death and twelve years since Rimuru's true nature was revealed to the people of Ichigo's world who were close to Rimuru, twelve years of preparation for the battle against the legions of hell. After a few moments they would then have their first encounter with Ivarage's forces specifically four scouts with a fifth being and leader of the of hells scouts was Szayelaporro Granz who would share some informations about what happens to the captains of the thirteen court guard squad after they died which Rimuru interjects stating because their Reiatsu is to strong they are unfortunately cast into hell. As the battle with Szayelaporro continue he would be stabbed by Ukitake's Zanpakutō and as Szayelaporro was being dragged back into hell Rimuru would use the refined soul reaper ability of the late Yamamoto which he would use to order the echo of Szayelaporro to merge with his counterpart from hell which the echo did in order to gather intel on Ivarage's forces. It would be a whole day since the skirmish with Ivarage's scouts with Rimuru and his allies waited until they got the intel about Ivarage's forces then Rimuru would get informed through thought communication from Szayelaporro subconscious to show everyone Ivarage's army and would shock at how large it was. As everyone watch last twelve years of Szayelaporro's memories of how Ivarage built his army, Ivarage would give the sinners some of his blood which contained a small piece of his power which resulting in the sinners to mutate into fiends then would go to sinner graveyard desert then let his blood dip to the ground which would cause the bones to transform into a legions of wraiths and draugr. They would also learn their is a small resistance cell lead by the dead soul reaper captains with the guardians of hell being the foot soldiers but they are not enough to fight Ivarage army. After seeing the size of Ivarage's army Rimuru and his allies would work to come up with strategies after seeing the size of Ivarage's army and how long they had until Ivarage will begin the assault which would happen in three days. Rimuru would discuss many strategies to combat Ivarage's forces which leads to Rimuru to evaluate the powers and abilities of the soul reapers, bounts, arrancars, fullbringers and sternritters then seeing that they have kept their skill up to date after taking Rimuru's advice for a monthly spar with Rimuru in order ready them all for the final battle. During the strategy meeting many of Rimuru's allies understand why Rimuru helped to refine their abilities leading to the sternritters to comment they understand why the sternritters were spared so they can purge the sinners from hell in order to restore balance to hell then Rimuru explain the Rimuru's forces will be divided into groups and giving his allies who would be in which group. The groups would be made up a few of Rimuru's subordinates, high ranking soul reapers, arrancars, fullbringers and sternritters. Over the next three days everyone would prepare themselves for the final battle with Ivarage's forces while Rimuru also prepare for his fight with Ivarage making sure that Ivarage stays dead. The day of the assault had arrived with all of Rimuru allies were ready for the final battle to come, as everyone waits for the assault begins portals begin to appear with the legions of hell begin to exit the portals leading the to Rimuru and his allies would strike first and not letting any of Ivarage forces an opening to strike which they succeed at first but eventually more of Ivarage's forces would begin to overwhelm Rimuru's allies but they would manage to hold the line while suffering any casualties but beginning to become exhausted from Ivarage's forces then Rimuru would join the battle and manage to deal a blow to Ivarage's forces leading to Rimuru taking a strike team made up of Rimuru, the sternritters, the two bounts, the arrancars and the strongest beings of Ichigo's world along with Rimuru strongest subordinates which was the strategy Rimuru and his allies agree with three days ago. As the strike team readies themselves to enter hell with some of the members specifically the members of the strike team from Ichigo's world being nervous since this would be the first time entering hell which Rimuru understood and would reassure them that they will be fine as long as everyone keep their guard's up as they infiltrate hell the strike team would meet up with resistance to discuss the plan to kill Ivarage and end this battle. A few hours would as the group discuss the plan to kill Ivarage once and for all, the plan the strike team and the resistance came up with was the group and the resistance distract Ivarage's forces will Rimuru kills Ivarage himself using a combination of his Qunicy powers along with his central world powers. A few minutes later Rimuru and his allies ready to launch the attack to kill Ivarage, the strike team and the resistance would cause distraction in order to draw as many of Ivarage's forces away as possible while Rimuru sneaks past the rest of Ivarage's forces in order to kill Ivarage. Rimuru would manage to sneak up on Ivarage but he would block Rimuru's attack then countering which Rimuru dodged then leading to both Rimuru and Ivarage beginning to clash which would create a shock wave lay waste to a third of Ivarage's forces, Rimuru and Ivarage's clash would last some minutes before Rimuru using his body double ability to distract Ivarage long enough for Rimuru using his Quincy powers combined with central world which took the form of a sword which harnessed the power of his Nebula Breaker with turn null which Rimuru would give the fitting name the obliviation blade which he would use pierce Ivarage's heart. Even though Rimuru pierced Ivarage's heart Ivarage still manage to fight back which didn't surprise Rimuru because since they were in hell that meant it would make it more difficult to kill and even if a being is a killed in hell they would only be revived so they can be tormented for all eternity until the sinners would completely broken then becoming nothing but bones. It would take almost three hours since Rimuru and Ivarage's fight began which would devastate Ivarage's forces which Rimuru knew it would only be a matter of time before hell's legion's is revive which leads to Rimuru use his full of power of his soul reaper, Qunicy, hollow, fullbringer and central world which he would use to concentrate into one attack that would be the final blow that Rimuru needed to defeat Ivarage, the final attack Rimuru would use to finish off Ivarage would be call Obliviation Requiem  which would take the form of a transparent slash which erases anything or anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in the line of Obliviation Requiem which Ivarage would be the first test subject of this attack and for Rimuru the only being he uses this attack on. After using Obliviation Requiem which would use up most of Rimuru's power would successfully kill Ivarage and eradicate his soul which Rimuru made good on his threat. With Ivarage final dead with no chance of ever return his forces begin to wither now that there leader is dead, Rimuru and his allies being victorious they all would then discuss what will the future plans will be to which Rimuru begins explain that in order to make sure that the sinners of hell never escape and no strong beings enter hell Rimuru would create the echos of those Rimuru devoured then explains the reason for creating the echoes is to have them become new jailers of hell which was fitting because after everything they had done keeping sinners from ever escaping hell. After hearing Rimuru's plan everyone understood and would agree which Zaraki would then state that he plans to stay in hell also stating that he would already going to hell any way so way not begin his duties of hell early then would request a message to Ikkaku that he is the new Kenpachi of squad eleven. After a some minutes Rimuru allies would say their goodbye to soul reaper captains then Rimuru would create a variant of soul corridor crystal the people who were close with the soul reaper captains who are staying in hell either by choice or they have already died twelve years earlier, after exiting hell Rimuru and his allies begin to seal the breaches of hell then with last of the breaches sealed Rimuru would state it's time for me and my subordinates to be on my lead to Ichigo being the one to ask the  rhetorical question your leaving then leading to Rimuru to answer them saying this isn't goodbye forever but until we meet again not only when you need most but because your all family and I will always protect my family. After Rimuru made that statement Ichigo would then say I think I speak for all of us when we say thank you for everything you done to which Rimuru smiles then says even if you weren't my family I would done it any way in order to help better peoples lives because that just who I am and after saying those words Rimuru returns to his world to live as peacefully as possible until the day arrives when his power are needed to protect his family.  The End
