Career/Occupation: Ex-Gym Leader of Kanto Currently Pokemon Trainer + Pokemon Teacher/Coach
Personality: Nahaoi is a well rounded collected and composed male who takes their time in making sure everyone around him is happy, he may seem cold hearted at first but deep down he is a great simplistic guy to have around who tries to mind his own business from time to time.
Likes: He loves to teach trainers strengthening their techniques and bonds with their Pokemon and he loves to go on adventures and explore the world since he believes life is simply to short to simply kick back and relax. Plus he loves to eat Ramen and big juciy pink delicous Peaches.
Dislikes: Villainous organisations trying to take over the world and cause nothing but destruction, Pokemon Abusers, Rule Breakers and people who think of Pokemon nothing but fighting tools that are easily disposable, so much so that he has a criminal record of assault on such kind of people.
Hobbies/Passions:
He has a hobby for going out of his way to go and help injured Pokemon running around in the wild that can't make their way to Pokemon centers, he loves to carry eggs till they hatch given to him by Nurse Joy's who give them to him so he can hatch them into nice big healthy baby Pokemon which he then brings over back to Nurse Joy then let's them run free back into the wild if they choose to do so.
Goal(s): Past Goal: To bring his little sister back to him who had gotten into an incident after a wild Charizard went berserk and attacked him and his little sister when they were kids and both left severely injured but his sister ended up going into a life or death critical state in a coma so he became a gym leader to try make money towards supporting the hospital his sister is at. Current Goal: Being the best rival Ash could have ever wanted.. what better way to do that and challenge him at the Masters 8?
Family:
He has a massive family of 15 siblings, his parents were selfish and heartless people who simply left them all for dead, having abandoned them all. Nahaoi being the eldest decided to take responsibility for all of his siblings becoming all of their legal guardians at the age of 10 and has worked his ass off ever since doing everything he could to help around and try make money for his beloved siblings.

Beginning of Journey Pokemon Team: Starter: Eevee Pikachu Electrode
(Note: This is not a list of all his Pokemon just the main ones, Zekrom is only a temporary part of the team and only used against Ash in the finals of the Grand Masters 8 dw he releases him right after)
Backstory: After becoming a gym leader to make money for his family and especially his sister left in a coma he had been working relentlessly, his siblings tried to get their big brother to take a break but he would keep shrugging them off telling them he's fine, he refused to have a break or rest from helping people.. everyone other than himself, for the next 4 years he had been doing this and then Ash finally came, Nahaoi was labeled as a undefeated monarch of the gyms at the time nobody having come close to beating him much like what happened with Sabrina, Ash challenges Nahaoi but without knowing it he nearly killed his Pidgeotto from making it battle Nahaoi's Pikachu so much! This infuriated Naohi since Ash would rather put the gym badge over the safety/health of his own Pokemon and after Nahaoi beats him he bans Ash from ever coming to his gym again. Ash is left kind of depressed about how he acted with his Pokemon and at this point is even questioning if he should have even bothered becoming a trainer and if Gary was right which causes him and Misty to get into a big argument and Ash walks out for fresh air in the forest alone. This is where he finds a kid being attacked by Pokemon poachers who tried stealing his Metapod but Ash comes in to save the day.. unknowingly it was revealed Nahaoi was looking on. Nahaoi thanks Ash revealing he saved his little brother with his now recovered Pidgeotto and unbans Ash from the gym allowing him to take on the challenge again with the boy Ash saved begging Ash to please beat his brother so he wouldn't be the ruthless unresting gym leader anymore and finally it was left to a 1 on 1 Pikachu vs Pikachu and Ash managed to prevail. Nahaoi gave Ash the gym badge but then suddenly all his siblings ran out and begged with tears for their brother to leave them and go with Ash and enjoy his life having all hated the fact they were just a burden on his shoulders he had to constantly look out for, eventually he is convinced to go after the second oldest sibling takes over the gym which Nahaoi leaves his Electrode behind to him to help out with the gym. Naohi then finally starts traveling with Ash and actually sticks around quite a lot just like Brook did having been a great help and taught Ash a good amount of tips and tricks.
