“She was my salvation, the one who pulled me out of the darkness... but in the end, she became the source of my deepest pain. A pain I never thought I could survive.”
“You and I... we were never meant to last. We don’t belong in the same world.”
“When you and the world wake up... I hope we never cross paths again. Not in this life, not in any other.”
“She used to tell me, without fail... ‘The universe always brings people together for a reason.’ Now, I finally see why. I understand.”

𝐊𝐈𝐌 𝐘/𝐍, the renowned CEO of KimTech Corporation, was as cold and distant as they came. Known for an iron heart and an unshakable exterior, emotions were kept locked away for years. Until Pham Hanni entered their life. She was more than just a secretary─she became a lover, a healer. The one who melted the ice around Y/n’s heart... only to freeze it over again with betrayal.
𝐏𝐇𝐀𝐌 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐈, on the other hand, was the picture of positivity. Bright, energetic, and full of life, she could light up a room with a smile. But behind that glowing facade was a woman consumed by her past, driven by a desire for revenge that even she couldn’t control. Falling in love was never part of the plan.
But she fall for
Her boss. Her lover. Her inevitable downfall.
When their worlds collided, nothing went the way either of them imagined. Love twisted into something both beautiful and broken, leaving them in a place where neither was sure if they had found heaven or hell.

×Water, water, water—everywhere.
It swallowed me whole.
The world around me was a blur, a twisted mess of blood and water. I could feel the steady stream of warmth leaving my body, blood mixing with the cold, dark lake. My head throbbed like it was splitting apart, the gunshot wound in my back burned like hell itself.
But I couldn’t focus on that—I wouldn’t.
I had her in my arms.
She was unconscious, her body slack and heavy against mine. Even if she had been awake, she couldn’t swim, but it didn’t matter now. The weight of her was pulling me under, dragging me down into the depths.
I was trying, god, I was trying to hold her, to keep us both afloat, but my body felt like lead, broken and useless.
We were sinking. Deeper and deeper, the cold water creeping over us, numbing my limbs.
I was so weak, so fucking weak.
My lungs were screaming, my muscles were screaming, but my mind was clear on one thing—I had to save her. I had to get us out.
But the brutal truth clawed at me. I could save myself if I just let her go.
It would be easy.
Let her slip away, and I’d have a chance.
But no.
I couldn’t. I wouldn’t.
The person I hated, the person I loved more than anything—I was holding onto her for dear life.
If she drowned, I’d go with her. I would stay.
Even if it meant dying.

Strong language
A heap of fluff
Way too much angst (Seriously some1 teach me how to write angst properly)
Suggestive content
Potential for gore
Extreme possessiveness (but not in a bad way)
Traumas
Mia is now Y/n’s sister's daughter instead of their sister, and Minji is Y/n’s cousin. Apologies for the shift—I miss the sibling dynamic tho
Suicide attempts
Fuck Mrs. Kim in advanceD I S C L A I M E R
This is purely a work of fiction, so please keep it separate from real life. I only own the plot itself. This is a reworking of "Secretary Pham," and there will be a lot of plot changes to enhance the storyline.
Votes and comments are always appreciated.
Your author tends to lose inspiration out of the blue, so please bear with me.
Author's Note:
Heyho guyssss guess what? I’m reworking Secretary Pham!
I’ll be updating the first chapter soon, so get ready for a lot more angst than the previous version.I felt the last one didn’t have enough, so this time it’s going to be intense! Thanks for your patience and support! :) <33
