this is honestly probably my fav painting i made so far so i'll put it at the top so it's the first thing anyone sees when opening this book 🙏
idk I just love bright colors and I did the values so well if I can say so myself (tiktok proud emoji)
during this entire drawing, I tried so many new things so I'm very surprised it didn't flop diabolically. I'll keep using this drawing as an example every time someone wants to see my art tbh

as you guys can probably tell, this one's a little older, since we're going chronological from this one onwards!!
honestly, I like this one more than I'm admitting to myself just idk the eyes are pretty and it has so many of my fav colors, and also the tiny hearts omg. If I didn't mess up his face, this one would easily be one of my favs

I'm only now really seeing how many Felix drawings I have omg and I'm already working on a new one as we speak??
Anyway this one is colored pencil instead of my usual medium watercolor, which really freaked me out at first. This one took me two attempts
(i ripped up the first one and almost gave up on the second one halfway through 🙏)
The process was a struggle but i really loved this back when i finished it. Not so much now but looking back i was pretty happy with it so yay

i struggle with digital art so much y'all have no idea but this one really popped off ngl!!
the colors are so cute and omg i finally figured out a way to render hair digitally. Also just noticed now that he's rocking the gumball waterson sweater here?? slay I mean Felix could wear anything.
