The next morning

"Morning, (name)."

He gives you a soft kiss on the cheek as you both lay in bed. He looks at you with his bright eyes with a soft smile. You can feel his presence alone making you feel safe and protected. Your heart beats faster, your face red, and your hands start to sweat as he kisses you. You look at him and smile back at him, you can't help it but feel a type of emotion that you never felt before, the feeling of someone giving you so much love and affection, the feeling of someone protecting you and keeping you safe.

"Mmm.. morning too..."

You mumbled softly as you rubbed your eyes.

"Did you manage to sleep well, love?"

He put a soft kiss on your nose. You can see his eyes shining as he leans in and gives you a kiss. His eyes show so much affection and love for you. In those eyes, you can see that he's the happiest man in the world because he's with you, you're his special person and his whole life. He's just so happy to have you in his life, and you can tell by the way he looks at you, he's just so in love with you.

You nodded and smiled warmly at him.

"mhm.. yea.."

His smile got bigger as he put you closer to him, you can feel his hand wrapping around your head and pulling you closer. His other hand was on you waist, pulling your body closer. You are now closer than you have ever been. You could even hear his heartbeat from how close you were. His heartbeat is faster than usual, and you can hear it more clearly, probably because he's so close to you. He caressed you softly and gave you a soft and gentle kiss on the forehead.

"You are just so cute, you know that?"

He chuckled softly as he continued caressing your hair. His hand then travelled down to your cheek and cupped your face. He was just gazing at you, as if he's admiring how beautiful you are, how much he adores you, the way his eyes stared at you, you can really see that you're the only person in his mind. He smiled as he looked at you.

"Just so damn cute. Are you hungry, my dear?"

He asked. You could sense his breath on your face as he asked. You could also smell his cologne, the one that had been driving you crazy all week. It smelled so nice, you wanted to smell it more and more. You also wondered why he smelled so nice so early in the morning. His soft voice and tone was the best thing in the world, hearing him in the morning could cheer you up already.

"Yep! Sooooo hungryyyy~"

"Then, my lovely, I have something prepared for you."

He smiled and got up. You already miss all the heat you were getting from him, the heat that kept you so safe and warm suddenly vanished. You were about to get up, but he stopped you.

"No, you lay down for a bit, I'll bring you the breakfast, my love."

You couldn't help but pout as you watch him leave the door. You were upset that he told you to stay in bed, but also it makes you feel cared for and loved because he wants you to rest. He also didn't want you to get up and help, and wanted to take full care of you. You are waiting for him to return with the breakfast as you can't help but miss the feeling of his presence. For the first time, you feel that loneliness in your heart whenever he wasn't right next to you.

But you stubbornly got out of bed and crept into the kitchen. You saw him cooking, so you walked towards him and..

He is standing at the counter cooking and suddenly he heard your voice. Before he can even have time to turn around, he suddenly feels a pair of small arms around his waist. He gets surprised and looks behind to find you, holding onto him with your head resting on his back.

He gets a bit shocked but chuckles and smiles as he feels your small arms around him. You can hear his heartbeat increase as you hug him. He doesn't expect you to suddenly jump on him like this, but he's happy that you did it. He smiles as he turns his head to look back at you

"I thought I told you to stay in bed, my love."

"no, i want to see you cook!"

He chuckled softly as you pouted and looked at him. He then picked you up in his arms and lifts your body so now your eye level is the same as his. You wrap your legs around his body, hugging onto him. You can feel his muscles and the strength he has as he holds you in his arms. He smiles at you and pets you as you look into his eyes.

"You're so cute when you pout like that, my dear."
