25- 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐲𝐞𝐭 𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞

"I have to apologize to Riki." I mumbled only to receive a sad look from Jake. I couldn't read the exact expression off of his eyes though.

"I'm going to head out right now." I said right after only for Jake to grab me by the wrist when i wanted to stood up.

I glazed into his eyes that were glued on my face. I could see that he stared into my left eye, than the right one and lastly the lips.

"Please don't go." Jake said to me while grabbing my hand between both of his hands. He was gently keeping his hands on mine and wasn't harsh with his grab.

"I will come back in a minute i just need to do it right now." I said to Jake only to make the sparks in his eyes disappear.
Did he knew something i didn't?

"Riki will make you stay." He said with sad tone in his voice. The disappointment i heard was huge.

"Why would he?" I asked Jake with curiosity because i didn't understand why would the heartless Riki wanted me to stay with him for longer after he said to not show my face infront of him anymore.

Jake kept the silence between us for longer by not answering right away. He looked at the bed sheets instead, keeping his head low. His hands were no longer on mine and he seemed upset like something was bothering him.

"It's hard pretending that he doesn't like you." Jake looked into my eyes and i couldn't feel more confused by the information that he told me.

"Him? He only yells at me and-" I complained before Jake cutted my sentence off.

"I know him longer Eunjin, he keeps his eye on you all the time."

I was really stunned to hear Jake's words and i didn't knew how i would describe what i felt in that moment but for some reason my heartbeat became faster.

There was something on Riki that made me feel a feeling towards him i have never felt. I was really lost in everything since i thought that Jake was nice aswell.

And then there was Heeseung and Sunghoon.

Four vampires with different powers and personalities that made my life a hell. Living hell because i... I liked them all.

"I promise I'll come back Jake." I said to Jake still not answering to the last thing he said to me. I completely ignored it because i lost my words. Jake took last glance at me before nodding.

I turned my back at him and sighed when i headed towards the door. I closed it behind me with mind full of questions.
