Okay so I needed to do a One concept for reasons
And I wanted to get a good design down so uh magic wizard woman making deals and kidnapping people
She's the happy lil anime girl until she isn't
Her arms are kinda puppet arms that she keeps together using magic strings
She thinks it makes her look cool and she likes the foreshadowing
