001. 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐔𝐄

  𝚂𝚄𝙵𝙵𝙾𝙲𝙰𝚃𝙸𝙽𝙶, 𝙸𝚃 𝙵𝙴𝙻𝚃 𝚂𝚄𝙵𝙵𝙾𝙲𝙰𝚃𝙸𝙽𝙶 𝙵𝙾𝚁 𝚂𝙾𝙼𝙴 𝚁𝙴𝙰𝚂𝙾𝙽. She grunted, feeling the tightness of the walls. ( Name ) eyes snapped open, and her breathing was heavy. 'Ugh... what just happened?' She thought groggily, rubbing her eyes. 

  She attempted to move her arms, but that was met with a wall. "Huh?" She raised her hand in front of her, only to feel a hard surface before raising her hand above her. "A hard surface?" Looking down and around her, ( Name ) figured out she was stuck inside a coffin.

  'Which idiot thought it was a good idea to put me inside a coffin?!' ( Name ) thought, irritated. A loud scream was heard next to her, "r-raccoon?" 

  ( Name ) let out a groan as she kicked the lid down, scaring the unknown beings. ( Name ) walked out and looked to her right, "huh? A flaming cat and... a human?" 

  "I'M NOT A CAT OR A RACCOON! YOU! Human! Give me your uniform!" The creature shouted at the hooded human, "or I'll roast you!" 

  "Dreaming about getting roasted by a raccoon, that's a new one!" The human said, surprised. ( Name ) walked away from the duo, going into a library after walking through the hallway. 

  She gazed her fingers through the books, some floated as candles lit the dark room. The door slammed open as the hooded human ran inside, looking around as if searching for someone. 

  "H-hey! Excuse me!" The human shouted, ( Name ) shrugged the human off, thinking the human was talking to someone else. 

  A hand gently grabbed her shoulder, making the soul reaper tense. "Hey, do you know where I am?" The hooded human asked, ( Name ) turned around, taken aback. "M-me? You can see me?"

  "Huh? Am I not supposed to?" The human questioned, the voice sounded like a male. "An ordinary human can't see me. Unless you're the same as Ichigo... I do sense a strong spiritual power emitting from you," ( Name ) said.

  "Spiritual power? Wait, you're a soul reaper?" He asked. ( Name ) looked up at him, "you know about soul reapers?" The human nodded, "my grandfather told me about them. I never thought they were real!"

  "I see..."

  Blue flames flashed around them, "did you really think you'd get away from my nose? Dumb human!" The creature said with a smug smile, "If you don't wanna get roasted, better hand over– Buwah!? Ow! What's with this rope? "

  A rope whipped around the creature, restraining it. "This is no mere rope. It is a Lash of Love!" A voice boomed, ( Name ) stepped back in shock. 

  "Ah, found you at last! Are you one of the new students? You shouldn't do things like that. Leaving the Gate on your own. Not only that, you have yet to tame your familiar which has broken a number of school rules," he said, staring at the hooded human.

  "And another one..." He muttered. "Let me go! I'm not their freakin' familiar," the creature shouted. "Sure, sure. The rebellious ones always say things like that. Just quiet down for a moment," he wrapped the lash around the creature's mouth.

  "Mmmghmmm!"

  "My goodness. It's unprecedented for a new student to leave the Gate on your own. Ughh... How impatient are you?" He questioned, ( Name ) rolled her eyes at him. "The entrance ceremony is already well under way. Let's head to the Hall of Mirrors."

  "New student?" The hooded human questioned. "It's the room you woke up in with all of the doors. All the students who wish to attend this academy must pass through one of those doors to arrive here. Normally, students wake up only after the door opens with a special key but..." The man explained.
