Switched

Feelings

A/N: hello just thought i'd say that i'm going to be writing the characters with the pronouns of their original genders, sorry if this is confusing but it's the easiest way for me to do it, just remember they're still switched :)

After examining their new appearances, Natsu and Lucy made the decision to ask the master about this. Neither of them wanted to go to the guild in this state but the pair realised that they didn't have much of a choice.

"Before we get going, could you please do something about your clothes." Lucy finished, blushing slightly. The pinkette nodded searching the room for something to put on.

He came back to her with a cheesy grin on his face, his hands on his hips. "You're telling me after all the time you chose a bandage?" She glared in annoyance at his chest.

"Honestly Luce I dunno how you do it, these things are heavy.." Natsu responded lifting his chest. "Shut up! Stop touching yourself and lest get going." She yelled back.

Arriving at the large wooden door, the two shared a glance, nervously. After a moment of silence Lucy nodded to herself in confidence, swinging open the door.

The two froze as they looked around at their guild mates. "ARE YOU FRICKING KIDDING ME?" Natsu yowled.

Lucy stayed silent but she was glad he had put her thoughts into words, because all around them were their friends, only swapped. fucking. genders.

A muscular man walked sternly toward the pair who weee still locked in place at the doorway. One eye was covered with his scarlet red hair.

"Erza?!" They cried in unison. The man looked down in embarrassment. "Yes. But, i'd like it if you didn't freak out. We've already discovered that the scroll was the cause of this, to nobody's surprise. However Freed has also revealed that the affects should begin to wear off after a while."

A wave of relief washed over the duo. Natsu's gaze shifted to the lime green haired woman on the other side of the room, who was clinging onto the arm of a blonde woman with a taller stature to most of the guild members. He presumed this to be Laxus, and was becoming less shocked by the transformation with every person he saw.

"This is terrible!" The three turned to a shorter boy with baby blue hair. "How is Juvia supposed to seduce her beloved in this state!" She whined. The raven haired girl that sat beside her looked extremely unimpressed.

She looked over to Natsu, glaring. "You wanna fight ice princess?" Gray stood banging his hands on the wooden table in front of him. "Oh yeah? who's the princess now flame brain?"
"YOU, IDIOT!"
"NO-" He stopped himself realising. "Oh right."

After a while of coming to terms with their situation, Natsu and Lucy decided to head out of the guild to get something to eat.

Slumping down into the booth, the waiter placed down two menus. "May I get a drink for the lovely lady?" He inquired, an eyebrow raised and a cheeky smirk playing on his lips.

"The hell did you say to me?" Natsu lifted his eyes to look up at the man. "Feisty are we? I like that in a woman.." He persisted. The pinkette becoming increasingly more upset now yelled in response; "I AINT A LADY NOW BACK OFF BEFORE I GIVE YOU A GOOD BEATING."

The waiter stumbled back in shock, and a concerned and clearly embarrassed Lucy, pulled Natsu back. "I'm sorry about her, she's not feeling herself today." She reasoned, laying a pericing glare at the dragon slayer.

Natsu tried to resist but found himself feeling extremely weak in comparison to his blonde haired friend. "Don't embarrass me like that." She said facing back to the waiter "We'll have two of these, thanks." She pointed at the menu.

A very scared and genuinely traumatised waiter placed down the plates of food after a few minutes, scurrying away. "Natsu can you pass the salt?"
"Hm?"
"Nevermind i'll get it." She sighed rolling her eyes. She reached over to grab the shaker, coming very close to Natsu's face.

Seeing Luce's face so close to his made him fluster. Why was he embarrassed? And why was his heart beating so fast? He couldn't decide whether he liked this feeling.

Later at the guild he decided to ask Erza what she thought. "Huh.. well after mulling it over i'd assume you're experiencing a crush Natsu." The redhead finally replied.

"Though, partly, it could be because of the spell. Since your in a female body, your having more intense feelings. I'm guessing it's also to do with attraction as Lucy is currently a man and you're currently a woman, you're basically feeling how a woman would when facing romantic feelings toward a guy."

"What are ya talkin' about Erza I don't have a crush on Lu.." The blonde in question caught his gaze and he felt the same heart pounding feeling in his chest. Erza, watching this play out giggled at his intense reaction to just seeing her. "Looks like feminine Natsu is much more aware of her feelings." she muttered to him. "WHA-" he yelled in embarrassment, hiding his red cheeks in his hands which where much softer now than they had ever been.
