Getting ready

It was an early christmas morning, yet the two already were packing up. Duncan (and Ashton), got invited over to dinner at Duncan's parents. The punk hesitated at first, but he hasn't seen his brothers in a while, and he could tolerate his mom. At first he was planning to go alone, but Ashton decided that it is for the best if he tags along. Knowing he'd probaly be the only one that can calm Duncan down if things get heated. And after some 'yuh uh' and 'nuh uh' back and forth, the punk finally gave in and agreed to his boyfriend joining. Yay!

The Latino had packed loads just to be sure, extra clothes, facemasks, this,, That. You name it. You never know what happends, so he wanted to make sure that if something goes wrong he will have the right stuff packed. Plus, knowing Duncan they'll probaly crash at his parents or in town considering the punk would most-likely wanna explore it after all these years of not even stepping foot there. It wouldn't suprise Ashton. The punk himself tho,, He barely packed anything. One tanktop, his usual layerd skull shirt and a shirt he got from Ashton were all he need, in his opinion. Why the tanktop? He didn't even know, not to mention that the delinquent would whine about being cold all the time wearing one, but than again it IS winter. What does he expect?

After finishing everything, and Duncan being convinced to actually leave the house clean behind. The two agreed that it's best they slowly start to drive towards the area they got invited to. Tho, it took 30 min to get Duncan into the car, considering he wanted to take all of his pets with him. And FINALLY after getting onto Ashton's last nerve, the punk fed his turantula and snakes one last time before wandering off to their car with his boyfriend. "Are you sure we can trust Tyler and Noah taking care of my pets?" The punk questioned, his tone nervous. He didn't wanna admit it, and never will, but his pets were like his own babies. Obviously Ashton knew about this tho, but kept it low unless they had one of their playful arguements. That's when he brings the embarrassing fact up, and watches Duncan crumble trying to deny.

"I'm sure they'll be fine, don't worry about it too much."  Ashton calmly answerr, connecting his phone to the car's radio and blasting their shared playlist. Duncan, being the idiot he is, rolling the windows down every now and then when an embarrassing song plays. And Ashton? He of course had to deal with this all. Clearly trying to not be seen by anyone looking their direction, yet Duncan kept shouting the lyric of the worst songs ever. Despite this, Ashton couldn't help but chuckle. How could his boyfriend be so intimidating yet so unserious at times? It was crazy but he wasn't complaining, atleast the delinquent knew what fun was. Atleast, in the boys their eyes whatever they did was fun. He wasn't gonna complain, knowing Duncan wasn't gonna stop anyways. So, this was the entire ride. Them singing along to songs, Duncan humming along with stuff he said he 'hated', or the Wasian embarrassing the Latino.
