"So this is your little arcade huh?" Aireen teased him and he just rolled his eyes.

Aireen went closer to Ian making the guy flinched at the sudden tension. "Let's talk for some times, I want to hear your answer for this" Aireen whispered on his ear but the guy shook his head playfully.

"I'm not joking Ian Arfan, this is serious" She flicked that guy making him groaned in pain.

"Ouch! What is it?"

"Hey, do you want to play that swing? Go ahead I will help you later, let me talk to that girl for a bit" Ian said softly to a kid sitting on his lap while pointing at Aireen who's smiling sweetly cuz of how Ian treat the kid so softly.

"Now, what is it? tell me in 5 seconds or i will leave"

"1..."

"2..."

"Ok so, don't you think we got so close within two days, that was quick!"

"Then? What do you really wanted to tell me" He asked.

Aireen couldn't believe what she just heard from him. "Excuse me?! That was rude"

"Okay how's your parents?"

"My mom currently locked herself in her room, she doesn't want to talk to me because she felt bad"

"And my dad.. I don't know about him I'm too disappointed that I can't even look at his pictures on social media" Aireen just nodded hearing that.

"It's not even my mom's fault, my dad was the one who should felt bad" He said again.

"Maybe.. I can try talk to your mom?" Aireen suggested but Ian let out small laugh and shook his head. "I don't think she wants to meet anyone right now, but you can meet her another day" Aireen smiled hearing that.

"It is nice to have a mom right, I wish I have one"

"My aunt said she left me when I was a baby because she thinks she won't be able to take care of me because lacked of money"

"Baby? Infant?!" He was shocked hearing that unexpected story from Aireen. She seems so happy like there's nothing bothered her all this time.

Aireen sighed and nodded, "I can't do anything, maybe she did that because she wants me to have a better and wealthy life" She smiled looking at Ian.

Ian looked at her feeling guilty.

"What?? I'm fine don't worry" She said as if her tears doesn't just dripped on the ground.

The next day they went to school as usual and Ian already told the teachers that he's the one who ran out of the school without permission, it's not his first time so the teachers let him go this time and also because they already heard about the news.

Aireen walked towards the class and approached Ian, it's just Ian and her in that class. "How lucky I am to watch that soft side of you Ian" Aireen sat beside Ian and realised that the guy is sleeping peacefully.

"He looks all cold and stone hearted at school"

Aireen stare at him "How can you sleep so comfortably on this hard table" she muttered while caressing his soft hair.

Aireen smiled like an idiot when the scene of Ian and the kids singing suddenly crossed her mind again.

She finds him cute.

"Why are you smiling like that? Am i too attractive?" Ian suddenly said with his eyes closed making the girl flinched and rolled her eyes.

"Nope and I can't wait to go back home, school without Qaleef is so boring" She said.

Qaleef?

"You like Qaleef? Qaleef Mikael?" He asked.

"Yeah, since the first grade" Ian rolled his eyes when he heard that name came out from her mouth.

"As expected. Why did I even thought I had chance." He thought and took a quick nap again.

"Qaleef. Qaleef. Qaleef."

"You always talk about him" He scoffed loudly letting everyone heard him on purpose.

"Then who would i talk about? You? Hell no"

"Why not..."

He pinched her nose and she screamed her lungs out. Everyone outside the class surely heard that and they immediately gathered around the class including Qaleef and Harith. They saw Aireen chasing for Ian to get her revenge but Ian laughed loudly while running.

"You can't catch me kiddo!"

"Oh yes sure i have a fast footsteps"

"Whatever you say with that short legs"

When Aireen was already near to Ian, she jumped onto the guy and both of then fell on the floor.

"Yes you bastard! How dare you pinched my nose!!" Aireen said and still struggling and finally did it.

"Ouchh!! that hurts!!"

"You deserve it for sure" She rolled her eyes and help him to get up.

They finally realised that everyone watched the scene when they saw everyone except Harith are laughing.

Aireen look at Ian and gave him the 'we're doomed' look.

Ian pulled her wrist ran out of the classroom together. "Good, Qaleef watched us, what if he thinks that we're dating? what if everyone thinks the same?!" Aireen walked back and further in rotate with million thoughts in her head.

"Let him be, he's not a kid"

"You do not understand"

"I do!"

"Nope you don't."
