Jaz

I wake up to the sound of my alarm, shifting uncomfortably in my bed. With my blurry vision, I somehow manage to dismiss it as I sit on the edge of the bed. I rub my eyes tiredly and head to my bathroom. My feet touch the cold tiles and a shiver runs down my spine.
My dark brown hair was held up in a ponytail and I stood for a moment, staring at my features.
I had dark brown hair and hazel eyes, that were oddly more brown than green. I was about 5'5 and very slim, taller than most of my friends.
I get dressed and ready in less than 30 minutes, and run over to my messy bed, opening my laptop. I log into YouTube and check my account, the one I shared with my best friends Leah and Nani.
We don't have many subscribers, but we enjoy what we do, mostly because we love singing more than anything. As I scroll through the comments, a certain one catches my eye; one with a link to an email.
My thoughts are interrupted when my phone rings, the screen revealing the name "Leah"
I answer the phone and nearly have my eardrums blown out, "Where the hell are you?" She spits into the phone. "At my house, where else? Mexico?" I roll my eyes and she scoffs at my sarcasm.
"Just come outside." She says and quickly hangs up.

We arrive to school and walk to our lockers. Caitlin, Jen, and Allison walk up to us at our lockers as Leah and I turn around, facing them while Nani still faces her locker.
"Hey," Caitlin says with a fake smile plastered on her face, "I'm surprised you haven't posted any sex tapes on your YouTube channel." She smirks and her friends let out their annoying snickers.
"Please," Nani says as she turns around to face the three girls, "the only sex tapes that exist in this school are yours. All the 45 of them."
Nani smiles and Leah and I laugh, high-fiving her. Caitlin rolls her eyes and walks away from us. Nani sighs and turns toward her locker. People usually confused Nani for Caitlin, even though their personalities were completely different. Nani has wavy dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes, with black frames to complement her face; while Caitlin had dark blue eyes with dirty blonde hair, just like Nani's. But their personalities are what set them apart, Nani is so shy but yet so outgoing, but she will confront people; which is why she lashes out at Caitlin, because she's had enough. That's how we got along so well, we complemented each other. Leah was just like Nani, but with dark brown hair, and nearly black eyes that were also complemented by black frames.
My thoughts were interrupted when Leah spoke up,
"So I got an email today."
