Chapter One: The Wedding Of the Centuries

I've waited for a long time for this moment and now it's finally here I'm getting married to the man of my dreams somebody please pinch me.

"Mike Slow down girl"- Marcus said.
"Okay we already late, I gotta get to hair and makeup"- I said.
"Alright"- Marcus said.
"During the next phase of our lives you will respect my time"- I said as put on my lashes.
"I'm about to throw up"- Marcus said.
"Oh No you not"- I said.
"Let me get some ginger ale"- Marcus said.
I spin the car. And stop in front of 7/11.
"Get a ginger ale and nothing else"- I said.
"I'll be right out girl"- Marcus said.
"Just get the damn ginger ale girl"- I said.
Marcus runs into the store goes over by the soda section and finds the ginger ale.
"Ooh Are those dogs fresh?"-Marcus asked the cashier.
"Just put them on yesterday"- The cashier said.
"Give me one and puts relish and mustard on that motherfucker"- Marcus said.
I go inside while dragging my wedding dress
"What's going on in here, is that skittle on the register girl?"- I said.
"He got a gun to my head"- Marcus said
"You wanna deal with him or you wanna deal with me"- I said.
"I'm sorry sir but I gotta go"- Marcus said.
Gun shot.
"Girl you didn't have to shoot him"- Marcus said.
"Girl Get in the car"- I said. very calmly and clearly and sternly. As we left the store.

Mike and Marcus get into the car. I'm finishing on my makeup just putting my lipstick, and makeup powder on my face. I already did my lashes, eyebrows, eyeshadow. And now I'm doing the finishing touches on my face.

At the wedding..

"Where is she"- Armando said.
"You mean Mom right"- Christine said.
"Yes, I mean Mom, Dad is waiting at the altar"- Armando said.

Armando and Christine are at the wedding waiting for me to come through.

"Where is y'all Mother"- Donnie asked.
"Him and Uncle Marcus are on the way just give it time"- Christine said.
"I'm being patient with Mike and she's not even here yet"- Donnie said.

Back in the car.

"I'm done with my makeup".- I said.
"Are we here yet"- Marcus said.
"Yes we are"- I said.
"Good, let's get you to the altar Mike"- Marcus said to me.

Here I am rushing to get the Altar. I'm so nervous and happy at the same time. This is it.

"What's wrong Mike"- Marcus asked.
"Im nervous Marcus"- I said.
"Those are butterflies bouncing around in your belly"- Marcus said.
"Okay"- I said as I breathed in and out.

I see Donnie and my nervous just disappeared.

"We are gather here today for Donnie Strahan and Michael Lowry in Holy Matrimony and they have created their own vows"- Pastor Brown said.

"Wow, Baby words can even imagine how I feel about this moment being with you. Michael, we waited almost thirty years for this moment beyond the wigs, the dresses, the tailor suits that's Mike Lowry, beyond the clothes I see Michael or Michaela. All bare skin naked flaunting the body for me and only me, I cherished these thirty years of us being together and now I am cherishing the next phase of our lives together I love you Michael"- Donnie said.

Donnie is the groom. And I'm the bride.

"Baby, Donnie wow we have weathered storms together and it shows that we made it this far in our union as one, beyond the tailor suits I see you as Donnie my man, my best friend, my lover, and the father of our children Armando and Christine. Overall, Baby, what me and you have other people are praying for. Whenever we met it was and still love at first sight you make me more of a woman any day of our lives, Baby, you make me feel like a natural woman"- I said to my husband to be.
