Vincent paced back and forth in the office kitchen, his anger still simmering. "I mean, seriously, Alex, have you seen the way she questions my ideas in meetings? It's like she's trying to make me look incompetent."

Alex leaned against the counter, sipping his coffee. "Well, maybe she's just trying to contribute to the discussion?"

Vincent snorted. "Contribute? She's always criticizing, never offering solutions. And then she has the nerve to act like she's the victim when I call her out on it."

Alex raised an eyebrow. "You sure you're not overreacting, man? Maybe try to see things from her perspective?"

Vincent shook his head. "No way. I know exactly what she's doing. She's trying to undermine me, make me look bad so she can take my place."

Meanwhile, Jenny was still fuming in the break room with Rachel. "And then he has the nerve to yell at me in front of everyone! Like I'm some kind of idiot who can't even do my job."

Rachel listened attentively. "That does sound really frustrating. But maybe try to take a step back and—"

Jenny cut her off again. "No, Rachel, you don't get it. This is not just about the project. This is about him constantly belittling me, making me feel like I'm not good enough. I'm sick of it."

Rachel put a hand on Jenny's arm. "I get it, really. But maybe try to talk to him about it calmly? Instead of letting it escalate?"

Jenny sighed, shaking her head. "I don't know, Rachel. I just feel like I'm at my wit's end with him."
