I wake up to the sound of Luke snoring lightly in my ear. I lay there, comfortable in his strong arms.

"Good morning Caden."

I jump a little at the sound of his voice. I hadn't even realized that he stopped snoring. I laugh lightly and got out the bed, stretching as I did so.

"Good morning Luke."

I turned around to see him staring at me. Before I could make a smart comment, Beau burst through the door.

"Luke have you seen-"

Beau stopped abruptly at he noticed me in front of Luke's bed. His eyes narrowed, and all concern melted front his face.

"Oh."

"Beau I-"

"Can I speak to you outside Caden?" Beau requested more than asked.

Before I could reply, he yanked me outside and shut the door. He stared at me intensely, increasing the grip on my wrist very few seconds.

I wasn't a girl that cried often, but fuck, he was really hurting me. I tried to pull away, but he only tightened his grip.

"What the fuck were you doing in Luke's room? Did you stay in there the whole entire night?"

Did he seriously just question my actions? Who the Hell did he think he was? My dad?

"Last time I checked, you don't run me. So don't yank me out of someone's room and try to check me like I'm some little kid, cause I'm  not."

Beau looked at me like I just ran over his mother. His grip was so tight I couldn't feel my hand anymore. A tear threated to escape my eyes as I tried to jerk my hand away from him. Just as I was about to burst in tears, Jai came down the Hall.

"Beau what the fuck are you doing to Caden? Jesus Beau, her hand is turning purple!"

Jai yanked Beaus hand away from mine and I felt all the blood rushing back painfully. I let out a cry of pain and clutched my hand to my chest. I felt a traitor tear slide  down my cheek. I wiped it away before any of them could see and ran to my room, slamming the door behind me.

I threw myself on the bed and began to scream into the soft pillows. I heard a knock at the door, and I got off the bed and answered the door. I looked up to see Jai's brown eyes. I gave him a weak smile, trying to cover up my feelings.

"Can I come in?" he asked, leaning in my door frame ever so lightly.

I nodded my head yes and walked over to my bed to sit down. Jai sat next to me and wrapped his arms around me. I leaned into his chest and cried. Not because Beau had hurt me, but because of everything that has happened to me.

Jai didn't say a word. He just sat there with me while I cried. It seemed like hours before my years finally stoped. Not because I was done crying, but because I had no tears left. I pulled back and looked at Jai. Even though he and Luke were identical twins, they were different.

Jai's hair didn't have the blond streak in his hair like Luke. His eyebrow was pierced and so was his ears. When he caught me checking him out, he gave me that I could only compare with a sloth. I smile back at him and cuddle into his chest.

"So I know you didn't sit here for two hours straight and cry over Beau."

"You don't know that."

I feel him pull away and he puts his fingers under my chin so that I had to look him in the eyes.

"Don't lie to me Caden."

I sighed and told him everything. About my my dad and mom. How she got addicted to drugs. All the strange men that she brought home trying to forget my father, and failing miserably. I told him things I've never told a living soul. When I was finished, instead of leaving like I thought he would, he just held me close to him while I cried tears I didn't know I had anymore.
