Tonight, with drinks in hand, I dance,
bathing in rain light.
My sword cleaves each raindrop in half;
one-part spins into a rainbow,
where phoenixes dance.
The Red Dragon races to Kunlun.
Another spins a pathway
for fairies to descend to the mortal realm.
Wearing satin, adorned with golden lotus petals,
golden bangles clinking on my wrists,
I celebrate my celibacy;
joy transcends the sky,
blooming in pure azure.
I close my eyes,
sleep,
and lose myself in an eternal dream
