V: A thin man with a cane, tattoos, and a mouth full of poetry. Before the turmoil in the city of Red Grave, he visited Devil May Cry by Morrison's recommendation and brought in a request for the slaying of a powerful demon.
Lady: An expert devil hunter who got to know Dante through aggressive circumstances, but with time grew to be friends with him.
Trish: A beautiful woman who closely resembles Eva. Created by Mundus to kill Dante, she was freed by Dante from Mundus and began working in a loose partnership with him
Morrison: An informant who arranges work and meetings between clients and devil hunters in matters related to demons. He has been working with Dante for a long time, bringing him jobs every once in a while.
Lucia: A woman who lives as a Guardian on the island of Dumary and has history with Dante. She was originally created by an evil businessman but rejected, later rescued by an old woman named Matier who raised her as a human.
