AFTER 2 DAYS: (JK POV)
Y/N's laughter echoed through the bustling streets of the city as we explored the local markets.
I walked beside her, my expression neutral, my eyes scanning the crowds with a mix of caution and disinterest.
Our partnership was still a tentative one, and I saw no need to indulge in weird emotions.
As we navigated through the throngs of people, Y/N's carefree spirit began to grate on my nerves.
Didn't she know that the world wasn't all sunshine and rainbows?
I quickened my pace, leaving her to struggle to keep up.
Unbeknownst to us, a group of friends had reunited at a nearby café, their lively chatter and laughter filling the air.
One of them, a tall, lanky guy with a mischievous grin, caught sight of Y/N through the window, his eyes locking onto her with a spark of recognition... and something more.
As we turned a corner, Y/N stumbled upon a small café, its cozy atmosphere and enticing aromas drawing her in like a magnet.
Y/n: JK, let's grab a coffee!
She exclaimed, tugging on my arm.
I hesitated, my instincts warning me to keep moving, but she was already pulling me through the door.
Inside, the café was warm and inviting, the sounds of lively chatter and clinking cups filling the air.
Y/N made a beeline for the counter, leaving me to scan the room with a practiced eye.
That's when I saw him – the guy from the window, his eyes fixed intently on Y/N as she ordered their drinks.
For a moment, our gazes met, and I sensed a flicker of... something.
Not quite hostility, but a spark of challenge, perhaps?
I raised an eyebrow, intrigued despite myself. Who was this guy, and what did he want with Y/N?
The guy's eyes never left Y/N as she waited for our drinks, his expression a mixture of nostalgia and curiosity.
I could sense a deep-seated connection between them, one that went far beyond casual acquaintances.
Y/N, oblivious to the tension, chatted with the barista, her laughter ringing out across the café.
As we collected our drinks, the guy finally approached us, his long strides eating up the distance.
???: Y/N?
He said, his voice low and husky, a hint of disbelief etched on his face.
Y/N's eyes widened in surprise, and for a moment, she just stared at him, her drink forgotten in her hand.
And then, like a dam breaking, her face erupted into a radiant smile.
Y/n: Changha! *squeal*
