(Felix p.o.v)
Felix was lounging on the couch, mindlessly scrolling through social media on his phone. He couldn't focus on anything, his thoughts keeping going back to Chan. The alpha had been distant lately, always using work as an excuse to push him away. It had been gnawing at him, making him feel lonely and unloved. Felix felt torn. A part of him ached to reach out to Chan, to hear his voice and feel his presence. He missed the alpha terribly. But the last time he had tried to talk to Chan, it had ended in hurt and frustration. Still, there was a nagging thought at the back of his mind - his heat was due in a few days, and he wanted Chan . In the end he had no choice but to text his husband

Felix sat on the couch, his phone still clutched in his hand. The words from Chan hurt even more now, knowing that the alpha was lying about work. He knew it wasn't true, but hearing those cold and dismissive words from Chan made him feel even more insignificant. It was like a punch to the gut, knowing that the company and work were more important to Chan than he was. Felix sat on the couch, the phone still in his hand, tears welling up in his eyes. He was hurt and angry at Chan's cold words, but he also felt alone and abandoned. He desperately wanted to reach out to someone for comfort, but he didn't want to bother anyone. Just then, his phone dinged with a notification from social media, catching his attention for a moment. Felix glanced at his phone as a notification sound interrupted his thoughts. It was a message from his boss, informing him that they needed him at the company immediately for an important photo shoot. A wave of relief washed over him - maybe this was just the distraction he needed to get out of his head and away from Chan.
