Tilting my head I ask, "Oh? What was the prize?" Leaning forward into my space, his voice takes on a tone that is downright sinful as he replies.
"You."
My face heats up as I look at him. "What does that mean, exactly?" I squeaked out. His smile grows wider, if that's even possible. "Come with me and you'll find out." His sultry voice sets me on fire. His fingers wrap around my wrist as he stands, pulling me with him. Han reaches up to stop us. "Try not to be too cruel, okay?" Lee Know smiles down at him, before placing a hand to his cheek. "Can't make any promises." He winks before dragging me toward the stairs. I can feel their stares burning a hole in my back and look over my shoulder. All of them are watching us with, what I can only describe as, envy in their eyes. Even IN has joined the crowd. My gaze travels over each of them before stopping on Chan. His eyes are so intense, I resist a shudder, as I make my way up the stairs.
I'm still stunned, and my feet are killing me, as Lee Know leads me to a room. 'If memory serves, the room I woke up in is just next door'. He turns the knob and yanks me inside. I spin around quickly as he shuts the door. The dim light, created by a small lamp sitting on his nightstand, casting shadows on the walls. Cocking his head to the side, his cat-like eyes travel from my face to my toes.
I nervously shift from one foot to the other. Causing his attention to snap back to my face, before biting his lip with a wink. I avert my gaze to take in the room around me. Pictures adorn the walls on each side, all of them of the group, some posed and some candid. As I turn toward the bed, which is covered by a mint-colored sheet set, I notice another photo on the nightstand containing the lamp. It shows Lee Know and Han, arms around each other and cheeks pressed together. The former giving the latter bunny ears, smiling brightly. 'With the way they act around each other, I can't tell if they are just close or...'
I'm startled out of my thoughts by arms winding around my waist. Much like the way he did in the woods, he rests his chin on my shoulder. He lightly trails his nose along my neck until he reaches my ear and whispers "You doing okay?"
"What?" Shocked, I turned my face to his. Out of all the things he could've said, I wasn't expecting that. "Are. You. Okay?" He said it slowly this time, as if he thought that would help me understand. "No, I heard you. I'm just surprised you would care." I reply, glaring at him. He puts a hand to his chest like I wounded him, "I'm not heartless. You've had quite the day. All this new information has probably fried your brain and turned your world upside down. Not to mention, you just ran through the woods barefoot, at night, in the cold. You have some leaves in your hair and your clothes have dirt all over them, I assume you fell at some point. Now, answer the question, Tweetie. I'm not going to ask again." Hands moved to my hips, his grip tightening, as he spoke. I whimpered from the pressure, which caused him to ease up, but he didn't remove them.
"I'm not sure... I'm overwhelmed and exhausted. Honestly, if you weren't holding me, I don't think I'd still be standing." My voice is shaking as I reply. He nods once, before picking me up bridal style and walking back toward the door. "What do you think you're doing?" I squirm in his grasp. "We're gonna get you cleaned up. The only reason for you to be filthy in my bed, is if we are fucking." My jaw drops at his blunt statement, causing him to laugh loudly.
