He had been quiet since we rode the Tagada ride.
He even suggested we head back to the summer house where we were staying.
"Sweety... shall we go back?"
"Oh? Okay... Any emergency at work?"
"Something like that."
That's all he said.
I was worried.
'Maybe he didn't really enjoy the carnival? I thought he did though...'
'Or... did I say something wrong? Is he upset because of something I said?'
I secretly watched his face. It was kind of... stiffened. No smile at all. His usual softened expression was gone. I felt anxious.
'Oh God... now I'm certain I did something wrong to upset him!'
'I haven't seen him upset with me except when we first met... We weren't exactly on good terms back then, so it was normal. But now... we're closer... and he never gets upset at anything I say! So what is it? Why's he acting so strange tonight?'
I bit my lip in worry.
Eventually, we reached the spot where Sylus had parked his motorbike after a long, silent walk. He put the helmet on me and turned to get on the bike. I tugged at his leather jacket, stopping him for a moment.
"Hmm?"
"Are you... upset with me?"
"Not really. Get on the bike. We can talk later."

Sylus opened the door to the summer house. I followed behind, still thinking about why he was acting so differently. He had ridden the bike at the highest speed possible until we got here.
'Is this how he expresses anger? Or is there something urgent?'
I entered the house behind Sylus. He suddenly turned back. His hands reached for mine.
*WOOSH!*
*THUMP!*
I was pinned against the closed door! Both of my hands were locked in his grip, pinned beside my head.
My breath hitched as he leaned in closer... but he didn't stop.
His lips landed on mine!
'IS HE... KISSING ME RIGHT NOW?!'
I forgot to close my eyes from the shock.
His lips moved hungrily against mine, and soon my lips began to respond in the same way! I could feel his impatience as his tongue tried to explore me.
'Uhh... whatever...'
I closed my eyes, letting his tongue devour me more.
Our tongues wrestled inside my mouth, and then I suddenly snapped back to reality.
