It had been a month since Jungkook fell into the rhythm of his routine: attending classes, meeting with the group to film, and developing the movie script. Every day felt the same, but in the back of his mind, there was always the lingering anxiety of being around Yoongi.

Though their group work forced them to be in the same space, Jungkook always kept a deliberate distance from the older. It wasn't that Yoongi had done anything wrong—he had kept the secret—but Jungkook couldn't shake the fear that at any moment, Yoongi might accidentally let something slip.

Whenever they were together for group discussions, Jungkook would stay quiet, keeping his gaze down, only speaking when absolutely necessary. He focused on the work, trying to avoid any personal conversations, afraid that Yoongi might get too close and figure out more than he already knew.

It wasn't easy. Yoongi was naturally observant, and Jungkook could feel the older's eyes on him sometimes, as if trying to understand why he was so withdrawn. But Jungkook couldn't risk it—not with everything he was trying to protect. So, he kept his distance, giving polite nods and quick replies, then retreating back into his own space the moment the meetings ended.

In the back of his mind, Jungkook knew it wasn't sustainable. He couldn't keep avoiding Yoongi forever, not when they were supposed to be working as a team. But for now, he clung to the hope that as long as he stayed quiet and out of the way, his secret would remain safe.

Today's group session had been surprisingly productive. They had finally agreed on the scenes, the outfit designs, and the overall direction for the film. Jungkook sat quietly through most of it, nodding along when necessary but keeping his contributions minimal. As soon as the meeting ended, he got up, eager to leave.

Just as he stood, he caught Taehyung shooting him a curious, almost anxious glance. Jungkook pretended not to notice, his focus on the door. He still hadn't forgotten their last encounter—the outburst that had left him embarrassed and angry. He had made up his mind not to let Taehyung get under his skin, and he wasn't about to go back on his word.

Without looking back, Jungkook gave a quick bow to the group and headed straight for the door.

Reaching the college gates, Jungkook exhaled, his pace quickening as he walked away from the building.

As he left the college gates, he heard someone calling his name. His body tensed immediately, blood running cold as he turned to see Yoongi approaching.

Yoongi's expression was calm, but Jungkook's heart raced. He gulped, feeling the weight of his secret hanging between them.

Yoongi walked towards him with an easy stride and stopped just a few feet away. "I still owe you a drink," he said, his tone casual but firm. "So, let's grab a coffee. It'll be quick."

Jungkook blinked, caught off guard. "Uh, right now?" His voice came out quieter than he intended.

Yoongi nodded, not taking no for an answer.

Jungkook's mind raced. He wasn't sure if he wanted to be alone with Yoongi right now. The tension of keeping his secret had been at him, and the thought of sitting face-to-face with the person who knew it all made his stomach churn. But before he could think of an excuse, Yoongi was already walking past him, giving a slight nod for Jungkook to follow.

"Come on, I don't bite," Yoongi called over his shoulder, his tone light but commanding.Jungkook hesitated, looking down at his shoes, his feet rooted to the ground. He gulped again, wiping his sweaty palms on his jeans. Maybe Yoongi was just being nice. Maybe he wasn't trying to pry. Maybe.

With a sigh, he jogged to catch up with Yoongi, falling into step beside him. The silence between them was thick, the usual noise of the campus fading into the background. Jungkook couldn't help but steal glances at Yoongi, trying to read his face, but the older man's expression remained unreadable.
