I was walking through the courtyard at UA, trying to avoid Kendo and TetsuTetsu. They're my best friends but sometimes I just don't want to deal with them. I was quite immersed in my thoughts, so much so I wasn't paying attention to anything around me. I then collided with something, or rather, someone. I look up, finding myself face to face with Hitoshi Shinso. I've liked him for a while now and have been too nervous to talk to him. He looked very intimidating.

"Watch where you're walking." Hitoshi said to me sternly. His voice was deep and neutral, I couldn't tell if he was angry, or simply just giving me a warning for my own good.

I straighten up and look at him with a smirk on my face. "I was paying attention. You can't just bump into me and blame it on me."

He looked at me, his gaze still as neutral as before. "I was standing still, you're the one who walked straight into me. You walked in the wrong direction." He crossed his arms over his chest and raised an eyebrow as if he was waiting for me to respond.

"You were in my way." I said, rolling my eyes.

He scoffs. "The world doesn't revolve around you, you know. How about you watch where you're walking instead of expecting people to move out of your way?"

"What are you talking about? I know the world doesn't revolve around me." I cross my arms.

"Then why do you act like this? Expecting everyone to move out of your way just so you don't have to pay attention to where you're going. Sounds like a pretty self centered mindset to me." Hitoshi says irritated.

"First of all I don't expect everyone to move out of my way so I don't have to pay attention. And second of all I'm not self centered!"

He raised an eyebrow. "Really? Because you certainly act like it. Do you ever think about anyone other than yourself?" He asked, his voice full of skepticism.

"What? Of course I do!"

He rolled his eyes again. "Then show it. Because from what I've seen so far, you seem to only care about yourself. You act like you're better than everyone else and that everyone should just bow down to you."

"Ugh you're not worth explaining anything to." I then walk away from you.

"Yeah, that's right. Run away. That's all you're good for after all." Hitoshi called after you, a mocking smile on his face.

" Ugh he's cute but so annoying." I thought to myself as I walk away.
