I don't think I can be more nervous than today ....
I cried enough yesterday and was scared today , at present , my hands , legs , my total body is literally trembling like a leaf,....,
I'm often counting numbers from 1 to 10 to not to get in to a panic attack....
I've had the symptoms of panic attack long long back ago like almost 6 years ago , and I'll tell you,, it was the scariest thing I can tell you ......
My heart wouldn't stop thumping so loud ,that makes sweat dripping from my forehead ....
There's this weird feeling in my body , So I couldn't concentrate on anything for 24 hours....
