With that I was controlling it she was explaining everything so beautifully but I was focusing on her eyes and lips only.

Sir? Are going listening ? Argh yes I'm tell dont stop.

Zoya :(opening the report) I’ve completed a detailed analysis of our current financial performance, and I’d like to present my findings.

This report highlights key discrepancies between our budget projections and actual results.

As you can see in the first section, our expenses have exceeded forecasts in several areas.

This is largely due to higher-than-expected costs in procurement and operational expenses.

In the second section, I’ve outlined proposed adjustments and cost-saving measures, including renegotiating supplier contracts and optimizing our procurement processes.

Implementing these changes is projected to reduce our operational costs by approximately 10% over the next six months.

I recommend we take immediate steps to address these issues by setting up a task force to oversee the implementation of these measures.

This will help us realign with our financial goals and improve overall profitability.

Sameer: Ya sure. Thanks for letting us know. Zoya.
