Some say breakfast is an important meal to start out our everyday life. Well according to some food theorist, lunch is actually the most important meal of the day. And speaking of lunch, that's where everyone is at right now,
A huge cafeteria full of tables and a comically long line just for food. The food was decent at least, ramen noodles with hard boiled eggs that are cut in halves and teriyaki dipping sauce.
The whole class of 1-A sat together, despite the dismay of Addy's liking.
They talked over more about their special abilities of their quirks, then talked about their personal life like hobbies, where they came from and other stuff like that.
They even tried to get Addy to talk but she would only say one liners like, "Yeah," or "I don't know," and sometimes "maybe." Afterall, she is an anti-socialist.
"Therefore, why I left Detroit for this." Dino would say as he ate his Ramen.Everyone would look at him, as if he did something bad.
"Damn, and I here thought I was the only one with a tragic past." Luna said right after."You and me both kid," Then said Tyler, "Unlike us though, his parents are alive and kicking."
"How are they doing now?" Lastly asked Semmy.
Dino slurped up his final noodle before he could say anything, "They're doing pretty good, still living there however... I still don't get why they wouldn't want to move in Japan with me."
"Parents are weird." Tsuki the moon kid then said, ending the conversation.
Though everyone got the chance to speak up about their lives, they all wanted to hear Addy's story.
They tried to get her to talk but she wouldn't mumble a word. That is when Connor thought of a "Good" Idea.
He would take off his mask and pretend to throw up right next to Addy! It caused not only her to jump off from her seat, but the entire group table to get off! Connor really made an authentic vomit scene, as he laughed like a crazy hyena.
Addy and the rest didn't find it funny however, "Connor what the actual hell!" Yelled a frustrated Addy, "Don't you ever do that next to me again!"
Connor just laughed, "Y'all should've seen the looks on your faces, hah!"
Everyone returned back to their seat, pretty much pissed at Connor.
It was enough to force Addy to finally talk about herself.
"Well since you all keep on pestering me, I guess I'll tell you a little bit about my backstory... Well, I was born in California but raised in Greece, I got my quirk when I was only 5, trained by my many masters to help improve my skills and uh... Yeah."
"Let me guess," Interrupted Tyler, "Parents killed too?"
"What? No, they're more like... More like... Like-"
With a perfect ringing of the school bells, it was time to return to their classroom. Unluckily for them, the teacher announced that this activity will be outdoors, and that can only mean one thing.
"Well, guys, looks like it's time for training, time to dress into our hero outfits." Luna said, grabbing her sports bag.
"Wait, Mr. Ryoushi said we needed hero suits for this?" Semmy quickly asked anxiously.
"Yessir." Answered the chill Dino.
It may not look like it on his face, but deep down, Semmy was kind of relief. However, Mr. Ryoushi did say if they didn't bring their hero suit, they would be benched and given a fat zilch on their grade.
Addy was pretty glad to be saved by the bell, she didn't want to go deeper into herself and her family lore towards a couple of strangers she just met.
Later that same day, the all new class 1-A were all standing in formation like how the teacher asked, all except for Semmy, who was benched to the side.
It felt more like military school than a school for superheroes... Then again, heroes are considered, by law, a force of mass destruction that the actual navy hide behind their backs if all things fail. But hey, at least they are still considered human than weaponry.
Mr. Ryoushi came in but with a different outfit then the first one we saw him in.He wore a coach outfit usually seen in baseball, black and white stripes on the shirt and hat, with tan pants, and a whistle around his neck.
The entire class were confused, isn't it supposed to be quirk training, or did they accidentally sign up for a Baseball league?
Everyone stood up quiet, and let Mr. Ryoushi do the talking.
