Chapter 2

Guys I'm not even kidding how proud of this thing I am. Its been up for less than 3 days and it has already shown me that I am somehow, someway I'm apart of this HUGE world. but anyways enjoy :)

Coles POV: 

           After I got Kai inside on the couch with a cold rag on his forehead, everything started to sink in. My crush, who has been gone for almost two months, is back. I swear I could have cried, but I didn't I couldn't show Kai how worried I am, cuz then Kai would be worried and if Kai was worried that would make everything worse. So I left to go get Kai some water, and yes I heard Zane say he might throw it up, but its worth a try right?

       "Oh hey Cole," I heard Jay say as I turned the corner to the kitchen. 

      "Hey Zap-Trap," I replied while going to the fridge to get the water.

      "Yeah so I wa- HEY! I am not a 'Zap-Trap'!" Jay said as I just laughed at how long it took him to notice the nickname I gave him.

      "Yeah, sure. anyway I have Nya watching Kai, I'm just getting him some water," I explain, filling up the glass.

       "Didn't Zane say he might throw it up?" 

        "Well yeah, but I mean it won't hurt to try," 

       "Don't give him the water yet though, cuz it might actually hurt If he throws it up on an empty stomach. Just leave all the medical crap alone to Zane"

        "oh, ummm, yeah you're right. Don't know why I didn't think about that. Okay I'll go see if Zane is done with Bonzal, can you go get Lloyd, Arin, Sora, and Wyldfyre?" I asked, while putting the glass of water aside.

       "Yeah, sure."

       "Kay, Thanks," I said, as I was leaving the kitchen to go find Zane for Kai.

*time skip to when all of them are now in the living room with Kai*

      "Okay, Bonzal you seem to be good. all you need is lots of rest, you've over-worked yourself to past exhaustion. Kai, on the other hand, isn't doing so well." I heard Zane say, while he was looking at Kai, who had dozed off after Zane bandaged Kai's arm. "Nya will you wake him up please, i need to see if he has any other injuries."

     "Yeah sure," Nya replied to Zane while squatting down in front of Kai. "Hey, Kai, can you wake up please. Zane needs to check a few things, and then you can take a bath, then go back to bed alright?" She said gently, probably as not to trigger anything I thought.

     "Mmmm, I m ti-tired," Kai groaned sleepily, his sentences still weird and incoherent. 

     "Come on Kai after Zane checks you out we could try some food?" I chimed in, walking closer to the couch Kai was laying on 

      "F-fine" He said trying to sit up.

      "Okay, Cole help him sit up and then see if he can stand on his own" Zane's metallic voice asked me.

       "k'" i said walking over and supporting Kai's back so he could sit. 

     "Okay Kai I wan't you to tell me if anything other than your arm hurts k'?" Zane said while i was helping Kai stand.

       "Ummm, i guess my head and legs hurt?"

       "Okay your head probably hurts because of dehydration, and the legs are probablybecause of strain." Zane said "and cole let him go, but be ready to catch him if he falls."

       "K'"

       I let go of Kai's arm and not even a minute later his knees buckled, resulting in him falling in my  arms. I was trying to hide the blush creeping onto my cheeks as i was handing Kai of to Nya and Lloyd. 

       Omg, omg, omg he totally saw the blush. Shoot, shoot. As I was panicking (GAY PANICKING) I didn't notice Lloyd, Nya and Kai leaving.

Guys what is said at the top, screw it this chapter gave me mental illnesses. I'm going to cry this is only the 2nd chapter and I already have writers block and I absolutely HATED this chapter it was so bad 😭😭
