Luke's perspective

As me and my friends are leaving school we run into the school bullies...

"Hey look it's the homos" the fat one said "oh it is..." the tall skinny one replied

"Oh fuck off assholes" my friend Steven said "what did you say you little bitch" the tall one glared "nothing Tyler!" I said quickly "Sure didn't sound like nothing" Tyler said "we should give them a good beating for talking back what do you think Tyler?" The fat one said with a smirk

"You know what Devin I think we should" right then Steven said "run!" as we started running we hopped on our bikes Tyler and Devin were still chasing us "why'd you have to piss them off Steven?!" Steven rolled his eyes "why wouldn't I they're assholes?!" "so?! Now their gonn-"

I started before Steven interrupted me "Might i remind you of last tuesday" i froze as he gave me a stern look

FLASHBACK

"Hey nerd!" Tyler said Devin next to him "uhh what..?"

"Ooh the nerd thinks he can talk to me like that" Tyler smirks before staring at Luke like he's staring through his soul

"Why were you hanging out with Ashley at lunch?" he looks at Luke, annoyed. "Um, because she's my friend?" Tyler starts snickering "Ashley.. Friends with you?!" like I believe that!!"

"Okay then don't" Tyler glared at Luke "what was that?" "nothing"

Tyler pushed Luke up against his locker before beating him until he was almost unrecognizable. Then Steven was walking to his locker and saw Luke passed out covered in blood and bruises so he decided to rush him to the school nurse.

BACK TO THE PRESENT

"Listen, that's exactly why we shouldn't mess with them!" I said loudly "dude no it's why we should defend ourselves you want a repeat of what happened?!" i feel a big bruise on my shoulder

"No.." I said with a sigh "okay then now let's go to my house" he said seriously "fine"
