I sighed, "I guess this is my new room" I told myself.

The only things that have been brought up to my room were my vanity and my bed.

I noticed how big my window was, and it was open. It made me feel uncomfortable, since someone could just watch me through their window.

There was at least a window seat, which would be nice on rainy days.

The walls were a nice shade of grey, which would easily match my bed when the box with my blankets and pillows came up.

The wooden flooring was smooth to the touch on the bottom of my bare feet.

I felt the breeze from the window on my back. I know that it never gets really hot for a long time up north.

I looked out and noticed that I could barely see how big the back yard was. I loved tumbling. The rush of energy when your body flies through the air, and everyone gets entertained by it and it gives you a free right to do it anyways.

"Hanna, when the clothes boxes come to your room, make sure you find a nice outfit, the neighbors invited us for dinner tonight" my mom told me. I turned around and saw her at my doorway. "Why not tomorrow?" I complained. I was really tired even though it was only 11:00 am. The only flight we could take was really early.

"Yes, we agreed to it, and I want you to make some friends" she said. Oh great, there's someone my age there. Watch them be super clingy and go to my school and act like we're best friends, I thought.

"Fine" I said. My mom walked back downstairs, while I just wanted to stay under my blankets all day.

Are the neighbors she was talking about the ones that you can see right out my window? Great, now I'll have to talk to them, I started thinking about all the things that'd go wrong with moving here, like I usually do.

It was 4:30, and we were heading over to the neighbors house for dinner, and I had already selected what I was going to wear that my mom would yell at me for.

I decided I'd shower, considering my hair was a mess from the plane ride, then I'd fix myself up from there.

I grabbed the clothes I'd be wearing, and my makeup and hair products.

I looked myself over and thought I looked halfway decent. I grabbed my perfume bottle and gave myself a few sprays and decided I was done.

I walked down the stairs to find my parents and brother about to leave.

"Finally" they all mumbled at the same time. I looked up with a little fear at how together they were.

"Yay! Let's go make some friends!" My mom said cheerily.

I leaned over to my dad, and whispered purposely a little loud. "Can you tell the neighbors in adopted?" My mom just laughed along with my dad. My brother, Chris, just stayed glued to his phone.

He wasn't really happy that we had to move either, but her was popular, on the football team, and I hear some girls say he can be a fuckboy at times. I believe it, he has multiple girls over with in a week.

We walked over to the neighbors house and my mom knocked on the door.

"Mom!" I whisper yelled. She jumped a little looking back to me. "I forgot my phone in the house" I panicked. She just gave me the keys for the house and I walked back over.

I ran upstairs to my room and grabbed my phone.

"I'm coming!" I heard someone yell from the house next to us.
