The Winx were having a delectably spooky sleepover to celebrate Halloween Eve. They had to move the furniture around to make space for a blanket and pillow pile and hung on the ceiling bright orange and purple fairy lights, as well as some fake bats and ghosts. A horror movie was playing on the tv as they were huddled together in purple spiderweb blankets while chewing on some candy corn, pumpkin pie slices and skull-shaped cookies. They watch as the masked man wielding a blade comes on screen as a shadow behind the vulnerable lady in white before she screams in agony to dramatic music, the Winx also chiming in the scream before laughing at the absurdity.
"Oh I love old-fashioned horror. They're hilarious!" Aisha chuckles as she tosses a candy corn in her mouth, "If that were me I would throw him on the ground.""Well said," Stella chips. She suddenly starts coughing like crazy, catching her friends more off guard than the jumpscare in the noir film.
"Oh jeez, are you okay, Stella?" her best friend Bloom asks.
"Yeah... (COUGH) Yeah. What time is it?", the tan blonde mumbles. She gets up, her spider blanket falling to the ground as she walks over to their balcony. Going in the cold winter of the night was a bad idea especially when wearing a blue sexy nightgown, but Stella didn't care as long as she looked sexy and got her answers. She looks up at the crescent moon painted with blood and sighs.
"The blood moon's going crazy tonight. I think my moon power allergies are acting up..." she sighs. "Ugh why did I have to inherit that from mom?! I just wanted the pretty part."She stalks back to the warmth of the blankets as Bloom raises an eyebrow. "Is it that bad?"
"Yeah," Stella grunts, "I have these ugly green patches that keep growing and this awful sore throat! And before you say it's cool to have moon powers, they're fit for witches, like my mom. Not sure what was the point when I'm not going to use those powers any day as an Enchantix fairy. Ughh I feel so ugly, it's totally my mom's fault..." Stella digs her face into a pillow as the movie wraps up and the credits roll. Bloom turns the TV off and tells all of them to gather round for some juicy ghoul stories."Have you girls ever heard of vampires?" Bloom asks, to which most of them shake their heads.
"I think I remember a Solarian myth about it!", Stella chimes, "Something about luring fairies and they never saw daylight again?"
"I see," Bloom hums, "Well, Earth's vampires are more eerie than that." She claps her hands and the dairy lights dim the room. She summons a small flame to act as a torchlight to her face."Long ago, there lived the Vampire King. Dracula! He was charming and had many abilities such as turning into a bat, flying, becoming invisible and using telekinesis, but used his charms and magic to seduce and lure his poor victims away and sink his fangs into their necks to drink their BLOOD!"
The last word sent a chill down their spines, but in a that's-scary-and-cool way. Bloom giggles before continuing.
"If you encounter him, the best thing you can do is run. Run as fast as you can, scream for help, before you aren't able to anymore, because you'd be turn into one of his minions...But Dracula isn't completely immortal, for you must pierce his hard with a stake, and he'll be turned to stone. However, on the faithful night of the blood moon...he will come back, and he will get his vengeance...LOOK OUT!"
Bloom screams and points behind her friends who also scream at what looks like a giant bat figure, spreading its wings wide."Pfft- hahahahaha! You girls really fell for it!" Bloom laughs, falling back on a pile of pillows and laughing. The girls look at the monstrous figure closer to see it was just Kiko with a cape using a flashlight to cast a shadow on the wall. He gives a mischievous chuckle at the girls before being hit by a pillow flying out from Stella's hand. "Oh you two are so- (COUGH- COUGH) paying back for this! (COUGH) Pillow Fight!", she chuckles as she levitates about three pillows and send them over to Bloom. Bloom laughs as the targets Aisha and Tecna, Flora and Musa joining her side in this cushion war.
Their laughter can be heard from the outside of the loft and in the streets, briefly attracting the attention of some trick-or-treaters — a zombie and a skeleton — as well as a fellow ghoul stalking the lights shinning through the loft's windows. Gantlos rested in the night's shadows, his eyes glowing as he locks his targets. He squints his hazel gaze before turning himself invisible, blending within the night in a blink.

Stella lays down on her side of the pillow pile as she stretches her arms up, reaching for the fairy light stars. "Well that pillow fight was fun. Goodnight, girls," she yawns.
"Goodnight," they all chime before getting toasty and cozy under their velvety blankets. It was mostly quiet and peaceful, but Stella couldn't sleep. The lump in her throat caused a bunch of coughing fits which annoyed her greatly. She stops herself from coughing so much, feeling her throat tighten uncomfortably. Stella sighs and rests back on the pillow, looking up at the ceiling. All the magic in the world couldn't get her a cough drop, that costs money. Eventually her eyelids start getting heavy and her mind clouded, she's ready to slumber until...AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
