King Arthur gestures his hand towards his daughter the current princess of the Kingdom Rose to the neighbouring King and Prince Violetstone from the Kingdom Sade.
"As my Kingdom needs both a Queen and King to rule over them, the people of Rose needs to have powerful rulers" King Arthur eyes wandered off from King Lexus Violetstone of Sade to his Sons.
His hands finally rest on his sides of his thrown before eyeing out the oldest son and Prince the King of Sade has brought to offer King Arthur for his daughter's hand in marriage.
After a moment of silence the Prince confidently broke the silence "I am Prince Alaki Violetstone, Son of King Lexus and Prince of Sade. I brought a gift to show my appreciation for both you and your daughter Princess Luana and King Arthur, Kingdom Rose".
The Prince had his men pull in a beautiful piece of jewellery for King Arthur and another custom made for Princess Luana. It was a gold pendant necklace that had her name in graved in it, she always fancied jewellery but this one specifically caught her eye.
"It would be an honour to take your daughter's hand in marriage your highness" The Prince says kneeling down on one knee in front of King Arthur.
King Arthur sits back leaning into his seat more finding his straightforwardness in his introduction amusing, as he fiddles with the gift now judging him based on his appearance and manner on wether he was trying to marry his daughter to take his throne or because he fell for her beauty.
After a while of King Arthur's judgement he broke it and finally spoke up, but as he did he faced his gaze turned towards his daughter Princess Luana of Rose who was sitting by his side the entire encounter watching the situation unfold in front of her as she awaits to see if her father would finally decide on a husband for her.
Momentarily her gaze upon the situation broke as her father King Arthur spoke up breaking the silence once again "I'd like to put your boy to a test King Lexus of Sade" King Arthur of Rose speaks hands gesture towards the Prince who kneels before him as he slowly arises from his seat making his way down towards the Prince still kneeling before the King.
King Arthur grabs Prince Alaki by his chin and faces him upwards to gaze down at him and holds eye contact, King Arthur speaks up again "I want to see if he really is worth my daughters hand in marriage and want to see him fight for her Love, Attention and Affection."
The King says letting go of the Princess chin before walking off back to his throne still his hands gesture towards the Prince he left on the floor as his attention is finally focuses on the King Lexus of Sade.
"I give your boy just 3 days, if he manages to woo my daughter and impress me he can marry her. But if he fails..." King Arthur dragged his sentence catching King Lexus attention making him raise an eyebrow in curiosity "and if he fails...?" King Lexus questions King Arthur's sentence and pause crossing his arms as he then connects his eye contact with King Arthur as they lock eye contact.
King Arthur drags his sentence more just thinking of something to come as punishment with a finger on his chin almost 'humming' to himself before finally deciding speaking up "he has to fight my daughters other men in line for her hand in a war that involves blood sweat and tears".
This caught both the Prince and King of Sade a bit off guard causing a moment of silence before King Lexus finally broke the silence saying "deal"
He nodded his head as he turned his attention to his son nodding to him also as the Prince of Sade speaks up also towards the King of Rose "I accept this challenge your highness" he said with a sly grin in a cocky manner as he smirks towards the Princess of Rose.
