Remembered you too late -Yizhan ff-

Yibo was there, sitting on the couch staring at him.

Yibo snickered and said "You sure did take your time outside, huh? Now, why don't you leave this house for good? Stop fooling around anymore. You're not my husband, I don't love you. Leave."

If it was the past version of Zhan, he would've begged Yibo to believe him. But that Zhan was already buried in the past. Zhan went to their room and packed his clothes and other things.

Yibo was surprised that Zhan had actually packed his things and were about to leave. Deep inside Yibo's heart, he felt bad, he regretted telling Zhan to leave. But it was all deep inside his heart and never surfaced.

When Zhan was about to open the door, he turned around.

Yibo thought Zhan wasn't willing to leave after all so he snickered and said "Acting tough, but can't actually do it. How shameless of you."

Zhan ignored him and went back to their room. A moment later, he came outside with Yuan in his arms who is sleeping peacefully.

Yibo only stared and sure enough, his speculations were wrong. Zhan really did was planning to leave, he only came back to take Yuan.

Zhan opened the door and exited the house.

Deep inside Yibo, there's a feeling he couldn't decipher. Yibo wants Zhan back, but he didn't know why. He wants to beg Zhan to stay, but he didn't do it. He was confused, why would he want Zhan to stay?

-The next day-

knock knock

"Yibo, are you in there?"

Yibo's mom's voice could be heard from the other side of the room.

Yibo stood up and opened the door. He saw his mother, pale-faced, and worried.

"What's wrong, mom?" asked Yibo.

"Zhan's missing, wasn't he with you last night? do you know where he's at?" His mother asked.

"He left. Isn't that good news?" asked Yibo

"My God! Yibo! it's not 'good news'", Zhan's missing. We don't know where he's at!" Yibo's mom yelled.

Yibo slammed the door closed and locked himself inside his room.

A few moments later, Yibo heard his mother called him downstairs.

"Yibo, breakfast is ready. Come down and eat."

Yibo didn't protest and descended the staircase to eat his breakfast.

The dining room was silent, only the sound of chopsticks hitting the bowl can be heard.

Yibo's mom decided to break that silence, "Yibo, your brother, Haikuan, is coming back today. Do you want to accompany us to fetch your brother from the airport?"

"What time are you leaving?" asked Yibo.

"After eating our breakfast, we'll go to the airport." Yibo's dad said.

"I'll go with you." Said Yibo and they continued to eat in silence.

-At the airport-

"Yibo! my didi!" Haikuan was delighted to finally saw Yibo after 2 years. Haikuan hugged Yibo tightly almost suffocating Yibo.

"Haikuan ge, I can't breathe." Said Yibo.

Haikuan broke the hug and looked at Yibo with a wide grin. "So where's that cute husband of yours?"

Haikuan only knew that Yibo got into a car accident and believed that Yibo is now in better condition. He doesn't know that Yibo can't recognize Zhan.

Yibo's face dimmed for the reason of Haikuan bringing up the topic about him being married to Zhan, a guy at that.

"Ge, I don't have a husband, I'm not gay."

Haikuan was stupified, the Yibo he knew always loved to boast about how perfect his husband is. But now, he felt like this isn't his little brother anymore.

Haikuan looked at his parents, who's behind Yibo, asking for answers on why his brother changed.

Their parents only sighed and said "He has amnesia. He can't remember Zhanzhan."

"Oh, so that's why Zhan wasn't here to welcome me. But where is he?"asked Haikuan.

"The lunatic left yesterday." said Yibo. Haikuan was confused for a moment of who Yibo was talking about. When he realized of who it was, he decided to pry not any longer.

"I wanna go home and sleep. Let's go home now." Said Haikuan and they went home.

"The house is still the same. Not much changes." Said Haikuan.

Haikuan went to his old room and sure enough, it was cleaned and he jumped to his bed.

"Oh~ I missed this comfy bed."

After taking a nap for a while, he heard his family arguing with Yibo.

"Why the hell did you tell him to leave?!" Yibo's dad shouted with anger.

"He's not part of the family! Why should he stay?! Why are you all insisting that I'm married to a lunatic?! did he paid you a large sum of money or something?!" Yibo argued back.

Their arguments had never missed a day ever since Zhan left the Wang's mansion. Because of their constant arguments, Yibo decided to move to Korea.

-At Korea-

5 years later

Yibo worked as a manager in an animation studio and today they will be hiring new employees to increase the number of employees of their studio.

Yibo was just about to enter the company when someone bumped into him. The person was holding a lot of documents, and all of them fell from his arms and scattered on the floor.

"I'm really sorry. I'm in a hurry." The guy who bumped to Yibo said as he started to pick up the documents. Yibo decided to help him.

"Here." Yibo handed the documents he picked up and the guy was about to receive it when Yibo recognized him.
