"Miss Lee? Are you Miss Lee?" His words made you snap out, you quickly looked away from him and nodded vigorously as you looked down. "Words, I need words Miss. Lee!" "Ye-yes." "Good, follow me then." He said and walked away while you quickly followed him. You didn't got even a second to process as you just followed him like a little puppy.
"Will you please show me around Mr Byeon. Miss Lee make notes whatever we talk about I wanna know how attentive you are." Mr Byeon was his dad's secretary, while when his words knocked in your head giving you some senses inside suddenly things started to make sense to you. "Is he really that Taehyung which I know?" You wondered as you continued to follow him. Everyone greeted him while he greeted them back. The moment he stood infront of all the staff members his father Mr. Kim came to the picture and announced.
"Good morning everyone, so finally my successor my son is here, with us. He had actually proved himself in states, before he joined here. He use to study and manage the branch in the US, together and took it to heights. We really wished he could be here and do the same for us as well. So here he is as your new CEO of the company and Miss Lee YN as his secretary from now on." He announced while everybody welcomed Taehyung with a clap, he thanked everyone with a small smile and bowed.
Soon the father son duo went inside Taehyung's cabin as you followed them. They were about to enter when you said "Mr. Kim if you need anything you may ask me." You bowed at him and was about to walk away when HaRi joined you guys and said to you. "Why would you go anywhere YN come with us inside." You denied her immediately but she literally dragged you inside, meanwhile Taehyung's eyes never left you.
Taehyung's POV
"What is it about you? Why do you attact me so much? Why do you have the same name as YN? Are you really that YN which I know? How do I even ask you? Should I ask mom, dad or HaRi about you? No how could I?"

He couldn't break the ice because of his cold and introverted character. Plus sometimes he could've been bad at expressing feelings, but until he's open with the particular person, like his family. You were a really sensitive topic for him.
"So Taehyung do you have any girlfriend?" HaRi asked nonchalant as you looked at her with your eyes widden. You felt a sudden wave of saddness inside you as you looked down and then you still a glance at him to find him already looking at you, making you feel things inside. You looked away quickly while you heard him say, "Are you here at office to discuss such useless things HaRi? That doesn't matters even if I had any."
A pang hits you hard, as the realization takes over you that, it was literally you who had a crush on him all this while. Even if he had any it might have just washed away as it's been ten years since he left, while you were still stuck onto him like a leech."Excuse me. I had to take care of some work." You excused yourself and went out of the cabin without even looking at anyone. While Taehyung noticed your uneasiness. "Why it is bothering you so much Miss Lee?" He thought to himself as he saw you leave.
"Am I over reacting? Do I even have any right to feel this way? He's just my boss now, no one else more than that. The better I understand sooner I'll be able to get rid of these weird feelings." You explained yourself, but your heart was getting more and more hurt. Still you know that all these feeling were just waste of time and of no use. A tear skipped your eyes, but wipping it away you went from there.
As the time passes the day was coming to it's end but you never showed infront of him again when your phone rang again with his number. You looked at the caller ID as you saved his number previously, so picked his call. "Yes Mr. Kim, how can I help you?" "In my cabin asap." Taking a deep breathe you mustered up your courage and went to his cabin.
Knocking at the door you entered inside, scanning you found he was all alone now. You bowed at him and greeted, "Where were you the whole day Miss Lee? I didn't knew you were this careless. As my secretary you were suppose to stay around me all the time but guess what you choosed to go the wrong way. From now you are going to work right in my office, you are not aloud to leave it until and unless it's necessary. You won't be getting any different cabin or desk." Your eyes widden at his words. "Is he that cruel?" You thought.
"Did you said anything Miss Lee?" He asked while your eyes went wide. "No- no! Not at all." "Can he even read mind?" You thought, while he immediately spoke up. "May be." You cried mentally. "What on the earth?" "Daegu! We are in Daegu Miss Lee!" You covered your mouth and closed your eyes. "This can't be real." You were literally like an open book infront of him currently, your expressions made him chuckle which went unnoticed by you.
"Sit back Miss Lee and set the schedule for tomorrow." He commanded and you just nodded your head. Quickly sitting on couch you started to work on your laptop while you could feel an intense gaze at you. You looked up to only find him staring at you while playing with a paper weight in his hand. He immediately looked away, clearing his throat. "Concentrate on your work." He told you."Jerk!" You said in low voice with a pout on your lips, meanwhile he quickly spoke up. "I can here you." While you cried again mentally, half an hour later you stood and walked towards him showing him the schedule.
"As you are the new CEO, so your dad had arranged a few meetings with the clients, company is dealing with. He wants you to meet all of them, your father will accompany you and yeah nothing much for tomorrow." You told and handing him the schedule sheet as you stepped back. Looking at it for once he spoke up.
"Cool enough, you are accompanying me everywhere then." Your eyes widden at his words. "But what is my need there Mr Kim?" "You are my secretary and you 'need' to be present wherever I'll go. Am I clear? I won't repeat it again." "I-" "Hey! YN." HaRi dashed in the cabin cutting your words, while she looked at Taehyung and said.
"Brother it's already the time to leave, so I would like to tell you that you need to free my friend so that we could head home." She told Taehyung authoritatively, while he asked. "You guys looks close enough." "Why not, after all we are best friends." "Best friends!?" He exclaimed, leaving you two confused. "What are you upto? Let her go now." "Okay okay you may leave Miss Lee but know that you may reach office on time tomorrow morning." You just nodded your head and quickly left from there.
"Thanks for saving me from your brother HaRi, he literally is the weirdest being on this planet. Iceberg! Rude! Jerk! Phcyopath!" "Woah! Woah! You didn't even completely stepped out of my cabin and started to talk at my back on the very first day? You got some guts Miss Lee!" You closed your eyes out of embarrassment. You wanted to burry yourself ten feets under. "I'm doomed for sure." You whispered in your bestfriend's ears while she looked at her brother who was literally boring glares at you two.
"Sorry big brother but not now, we are not in a mood to get scolded." She held your hand ran with her full strength as you followed her. While Taehyung just looked your backs and sighed. "All these things reminds me of her, is she really that YN? I might be a fool to think like this, she literally looks like her and still have that same innocence with in her but then why do I feel so hesitant infront of her? I couldn't just make myself to speak anything, like what if she's not her" He throught as he ran his hands throw his hairs messing them off.
"At this rate I'm gonna get mad."
