Gemini knew where their heart lay with Lunar, they really really liked him. It was the truth and it was sometimes a struggle to grasp on in certain events. Gemini overall knew for sure they cared for Lunar though, and it was very clear.
"Gemini?"
Gemini almost jumped out of shock, but kept themselves grounded.
"Who's there?" Gemini sighed, placing their braille book down.
"Shouldn't you already know by now?" The person asked,
"Wow. It's as if I can't see who I'm talking to. How thoughtless of me to not know someone's voice that sounds like many others." Gemini rolled their eyes.
There was a sudden wince, so Gemini softened their words.
"I'm sorry, I just hate when people assume that I can tell who people are just by voice." Gemini sighed.
"...It's Taurus." She said, Gemini could picture what Taurus looked like at this moment. Her arms crossed and her apathetic eyes looking off to the side like usual.
"Okay. What do you need, Taurus?" Gemini said,
"Just... checking on you." Taurus said,
"You sure?" Gemini asked,
"Yes and no. I also wanted to ask about you and Lunaris."
Gemini tensed, they knew that was coming, "What about us?"
"Don't get defensive, it's just a question." Taurus said.
Gemini put their head into their hand, waiting.
"What exactly IS your relationship with him?" Taurus asked,
"We're good friends." Gemini said, it wasn't the entire truth, but if it got Taurus off their back it would be worth it.
"Gemini. About more than half the Astrals know that you like Lunaris as a friend, but I believe differently." Taurus said, her voice laced with something Gemini couldn't place.
"What? That I hate him?"
"No, quite the opposite." Taurus informed,
It took a moment to process what Taurus said and what she meant by that.
"You think I love him?" Gemini asked, they felt the panic start to rise in their chest but pushed it down to keep their voice even, "That's ridiculous, Taurus. We don't love him."
"Uh-huh." Taurus scoffed, "If you're not going to be honest, say nothing at all."
Footsteps were heard and Gemini heavily sighed as they put their head in their hands, "We're such bad siblings..."

"What happened next?" Cancer asked.
Gemini had been ranting about what Taurus said, but this time they were ranting to someone who personally knew Gemini and Lunar's situation.
"Then Taurus stormed away." Gemini said,
"I know you hate for me to say this, but Taurus cares about you in her own way. She's protective and sees Lunaris as a threat to your safety. No offense, but someone could easily take advantage of you Gemini."
"Because I'm blind?" Gemini hissed,
"Because you easily trust people." Cancer countered, "As a symbol of both Castor and Pollux, you definitely got that nature from Pollux."
Gemini sighed, "Sorry, I guess I'm just prickly from the encounter."
"That's okay, I shouldn't have worded it like that." Cancer chuckled, "But, not only that, but Taurus VALUES honesty. We know you can be very honest. So, lying to Taurus when she knows something is only going to make Taurus's impression of Lunar worse."
"Are you saying I just tell the ones that hate Lunar that I love him? That's a great idea!" Gemini rolled their eyes.
"Yes." Cancer said, "I know it'll be rocky, but Gemini, you can't hide this forever. If you do, people will think something's wrong."
"Lunar can't hurt me." Gemini said
"Maybe not as Gemini, but Pollux and Castor? No offense to Lunaris, but he could EASILY hurt them. And it's not about physical harm either, Gemini. You're a sensitive person in general..." Cancer said,
Gemini sighed, "I know... I hate walking on eggshells... Only you and maybe Leo and Sagittarius know about my feelings... it sucks."
"I'm not saying you have to do it now, but I think telling everyone will benefit you all." Cancer said, patting Gemini's shoulder, "I'll get us more snacks. Be right back."
There were more footsteps.
Gemini looked at the ground, thinking about Cancer's words.
What were they going to do?
