YFC: I see that you have a lot of fans and reads and I was wondering what did you do to get so many? And also I see you like writing about bad boys, what inspired you to write about them?

Kate: To be honest, neither do I. I started by advertising my first book in the forums using the whole 'read for a read' and 'critique for a critique' idea. Eventually, it got into the what's hot and I went from there. Aha, who doesn't love a bad boy? I always read stories about them and one day, I just wanted to create my own.

YFC: Are there any new authors that have grasped your interest?

Kate: I don't really read on wattpad, I'm old fashioned and prefer reading hard copies, so no.

YFC: Is there a message in any of your books that you want readers to grasp?

Kate: In two of my books, Beating You and She's Broken, just the message that there are things out there going on that people aren't aware of. Nothing extremely deep.

YFC: What are you working on now or trying to improve?

Kate: Working on The Roommate Rulebook and currently improving Bad Boy Isn't My Type.

YFC: What's your favorite part of a book (the Plot,Setting,Action ECT.)?

Kate: I'd have to say the protagonist. The plot, setting and stuff can all be a bit off, I don't mind, but if I don't like the main character, I probably won't continue reading.

YFC: How much of your own personality is in your books?

Kate: My sense of humour is often put forward in my stories so quite a bit of it.

YFC: When naming your characters, do you give any thought to the actual meaning?

Kate: Um... I did in one book but other than that, no. I get my names on 'bouncy baby names'

YFC: what part of "bad boy isn't my type..." was the most fun to write about?

Kate: The middle of the book, I think. It was all pretty amusing as the response I got was great. But the less serious parts were my favourites.

YFC: so are you really serious about everything or do you just go with the flow or something?

Kate: Serious isn't a word I would use to describe myself... I think I just go with the flow of things.

YFC: If you could live anywhere in the world or even on a different planet, where would you life?

Kate: New Zealand. Nice weather like Australia without the scary spiders.

YFC: What's one lesson that you have learned in life?

Kate: Never eat yellow snow.

YFC: Have you eaten yellow snow before? o.0

Kate: Paha, I can quite proudly say I didn't learn that from experience....

YFC: Do you like stuffed animals? If so, do you have any? And if you do, how many do you have?

Kate: I used to collect tatty teddy 'me to you' bears and there were a few that I couldn't get rid of so I have about 7 on top of my wardrobe and bookcase.

YFC: Describe your dream house

Kate: One without stairs and where the kitchen and the bedroom are pretty close. I live for those two rooms.

YFC: we are so glad that we got to interview you is there any last things you would like to say before we wrap it up?

Kate: Just a quick thank you to everyone that's read and voted on my stories. The support is amazing.
