Mia arrived at, Little Haven, a cozy little restaurant she and Sarah had frequented for years. It was their go-to spot for heart-to-heart conversations, with its warm lighting, rustic décor, and the aroma of delicious food wafting through the air. The place held countless memories for them, from celebrating promotions to commiserating over breakups. Tonight, Mia needed advice, and there was no one better to turn to than Sarah.

Her best friend was already seated at their usual corner table, a glass of wine in hand, and a welcoming smile on her face. "Mia!" Sarah greeted her with a hug as Mia sat down. "You look fantastic, but you also looks like you need this more than I do" she said handing over her wine glass. Mia smiled and took the glass, taking a sip, appreciating how well Sarah could read her. "Yeah, well its all your fault".

"Mines?" Sarah feigns being shocked and the both giggled. "Yes," Mia replied "Because of you I've been dating a few guys recently and I feel like I'm starting to get in over my head."

Sarah leaned back in her chair, her eyes sparkling with curiosity and concern. "Over your head, how?" she asked, her voice softening as she sensed the seriousness behind Mia's words.

Mia sighed, swirling the wine in her glass. "I'm seeing these different guys, and they're all great in their own ways. But I'm starting to feel... conflicted. I thought I could handle it, but now I'm not so sure. Liam, for example, he's younger, and I wasn't expecting much, but he's really surprised me. He's thoughtful, funny, and... mature in a way that's caught me off guard."

Sarah listened intently, nodding. "So, what's the problem? Sounds like you're having fun and figuring things out."

Mia frowned slightly, setting her glass down. "I am having fun, but it's getting complicated. I haven't even exchanged numbers with any of them yet as per organization rules, and I already feel like I'm juggling too much. What if I start developing real feelings? What if they do? And what if... I choose the wrong one?"

Sarah reached across the table and squeezed Mia's hand. "Mia, you've always had a good head on your shoulders. It's okay to feel confused. But remember, you're not obligated to make any decisions right now. You're allowed to take your time and figure out what you really want."

Mia sighed again, this time with a bit of relief.

"I know. But it's hard when you're in the middle of it. I keep second-guessing myself. What if I'm leading them on? What if I end up hurting someone?"

Sarah smiled reassuringly. "That's just because you care, Mia. But you can't control everything. All you can do is be honest with them—and with yourself. And if you're worried about feelings, just take it one day at a time. You'll know when it's time to make a choice. Besides all those guys know a possible heartbreak is part of the deal. You can only end up with one of them"

Mia nodded slowly, feeling a bit of the weight lift from her shoulders. "You're right. I just need to take it slow and not overthink it."

"Exactly," Sarah said, raising her glass in a toast. "To not overthinking and to enjoying the moment." Mia clinked her glass with Sarah's, a small smile playing on her lips. "To enjoying the moment."

As they sipped their wine, the conversation shifted to lighter topics, and Mia found herself relaxing, grateful for Sarah's wisdom and the comfort of their familiar spot. The night was still young, and for the first time in a while, she felt like she could breathe again.

"So who's in the lead in claiming Mia's heart? Who do you have the biggest crush on so far" Sarah questioned, eyebrows raised. Mia hesitated, then chuckled. "It's hard to say who's in the lead right now. Each one has something unique to offer, and I don't want to rush into any conclusions. But Liam is definitely making a strong impression. He's got this blend of charm and maturity that I didn't expect."

Sarah leaned in, eyes twinkling with interest. "So, is Liam the one you're most drawn to at the moment?" Mia nodded, a thoughtful look on her face. "Yeah, I guess he is. There's something about him that makes me want to know him better. But I'm trying to stay open-minded and not let my feelings for one person overshadow the others."

Sarah smiled knowingly. "It sounds like you're being wise about it. Just remember, trust your instincts and don't be afraid to let things unfold naturally." Mia took another sip of wine, feeling a bit more settled. "Thanks, Sarah. Your support really helps."
